‘Love During Lockup’: Haley Struggles with Dalton – Gabby Plans Elaborate Wedding

Love During Lockup Series Kicks Off
Love During Lockup is an all-new spin-off of the hit franchise Love After Lockup. The new series follows six brand-new couples trying to keep their love alive. And they are doing it from behind bars as they embark on their romantic journey. But this time around, there is no release date in sight for the inmates.
So, the convicts and their lovers on the outside face unique challenges in their relationships. This season is full of romance and love, along with plenty of drama and suspicion. The new cast members all have different reasons for choosing to date an inmate.

Some believe their significant other is wrongly imprisoned. While others like baddies and want a hot prison bae. No matter the reason, these new castmates are head over heels for their criminal lovers. And will stop at nothing to get their happily ever after on Love During Lockup.
WEtv Star Haley Drops Big Bucks on Dalton
One of the new Love During Lockup couples is Haley and her felon boyfriend, Dalton. Haley is a single mom and cleaning technician from Highland, Texas. Soap Dirt reports Dalton is currently serving an 8-year prison sentence for two felonies.
Dalton is in the slammer for burglary and evading arrest. And, so far, he has only served 18 months of his sentence. So, he still has a long way to go. But Haley only sees the good in Dalton and has already spent $25,000 on him. Plus, Haley claims that Dalton’s a genius.
Haley says Dalton dropped out of school in the eighth grade and passed his GED test right away. Furthermore, Dalton and his girlfriend Haley went to the same middle school. Haley remembers Dalton, but he doesn’t remember her, confirm Love During Lockup spoilers.
Haley Determined to Change Dalton
Love During Lockup’s Dalton admits that he had a wonderful upbringing. His parents are wealthy, successful and tried to put him on the right path. But that didn’t stop him from getting into trouble. Dalton said he had to learn the hard way – and he did. His rap sheet is miles long, and soon Haley shares it with her attorney.
Hayley hired a lawyer for Dalton. And she has high hopes of getting him out of prison early. But Haley has her own personal attorney from a previous lawsuit. She was injured in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. Haley almost died in the car wreck and received $80,000. So, she trusts her civil attorney, Buzz Deitchman.
And she wants his opinion on Dalton’s case. Moreover, Buzz seems like more of a father figure than an attorney. Buzz feels Dalton is using Haley, and he urges her to “get out now.” But, of course, Haley won’t listen. And, at one point, she says she feels like an idiot, promise Love During Lockup spoilers.
Newbie Gabby Goes All Out on Love During Lockup
The next Love During Lockup couple is Gabby from Orange, NJ, and her convict fiancé Chris. Almost a year ago, Chris proposed to Gabby from the inside and even gave her money for a gorgeous $5,000 rock. Chris is in prison for five years on drug and weapon charges.
But things are the opposite for Gabby and inmate Chris. Most of the time, the civilian gives the inmate money. But, in this case, Chris is the one giving Gabby the cash. So far, Chris has given Gabby around $60,000 for everything from groceries to a BMW.
And part of it is to plan their lavish wedding for when he gets out, show Love During Lockup spoilers. Gabby admits that she’s always been a bit spoiled and wants only the finest things in life. Chris can afford to do this because of a settlement he received from being assaulted by prison guards.
Also, Gabby says she’s never loved anyone until Chris. They plan to get married and have several babies upon his release. Soon, Gabby goes with her mother, Sharon, to look at wedding venues. But her mom thinks she’s rushing things and wants her to slow down.
Tai Simpson Makes Drastic Move on Love During Lockup
Additionally, on Love During Lockup, there’s Tai Simpson and Rio (aka Hottie). Tai is a mortician and only dates men behind bars. She likes them big, buff, and in prison. Also, there is Max and Tara. But Max thinks Tara could be catfishing him. Elsewhere, Indie Treadwell is with convict Harry Valez and is going on the advice of her psychic.
Soon, she packs her things and her daughter and moves to Ohio to start fresh with Harry. But her mother is a bounty hunter and does not want Indie with Harry. So, Yolanda Treadwell may track her daughter down to stop her. Last but not least is Santiba and her prison bae, Talsey.
