Love During Lockup: Chelsea Begins Rushing Things
During Friday’s upcoming season finale episode of Love During Lockup, Chelsea feels confident in her relationship. So much so that she is in a hurry for her young son Trevor to meet him. But viewers remain skeptical. They are not so sure that Mike is not playing games with her.

So, she and her son Trevor are heading to the Roederer Correctional Facility in Kentucky, where Mike Harmon is serving his sentence. She is anxious about the visit with Mike.
Chelsea is also excited for her son and the man she loves to meet in person. She feels sure their relationship is right on track. She has met his mom, Pamela, and grandma and feels loved and accepted by his family.
WEtv Star Denied Access – Is That a Sign to Slow Down?
Things do not go well when the Love During Lockup star arrives at the Kentucky prison with her son, Trevor. They are denied access. Chelsea’s son is not on the inmate’s official visitor list. Some WEtv fans see this as a sign for Chelsea to slow down in this relationship.
However, Chelsea doesn’t see things this way. She doesn’t feel she is moving too fast. She also explains that she wants Trevor to meet Mike as soon as possible because of the inmate’s health issues.
Chelsea says Mike has suffered several strokes, and she is concerned. She fears that since she lives in Ohio if he suffers another health issue, she will be too far away to help him.
The Love During Lockup star signs in American Sign Language (ASL) during her confessional, signing, “I’m very worried about Mikey’s health. I want him to be okay.
So, I’m excited but also scared and feeling bad too.” During her recent visit to Kentucky, the WEtv reality star is hit with the shocking statistics of Harmon’s rap sheet. But, despite the shocking number of arrests she knew nothing about, she decided to continue their relationship.
Love During Lockup: Does Chelsea’s Story Have a Happy Ending?
The Love During Lockup mom ignores the warnings and doubts from many of her family and friends. They fear Chelsea is not seeing the entire picture. They worry she will be hurt. But she is willing to take that risk with her heart.
Her son Trevor tells the WEtv camera crew, saying he also has some worries. His main concern is his mom. But, he says, “I did want to visit Mike today in prison.”
He also shares he is happy that his mom is with someone she loves. But he also worries because he is unsure if something “will go bad.”
Chelsea didn’t put Trevor’s name on the visitation list on purpose lol. #loveafterlockup #loveduringlockup

So, does their story end on a happy note? Viewers will have to wait and see. At this time, Mike Harmon is eligible for parole in February 2023.
However, if the parole board denies him this go-round, his possible release dates are not until October 2029 or March 2035.
This means if Mike does not receive his release approval in February, Chelsea will have a very long wait before they can start their lives together.
