‘Love During Lockup’: Is Chelsea Being Played?
Love During Lockup star Chelsea has received some alarming news about her inmate boyfriend, Mike.
She says she was contacted by his sister Courtney, who told her they believed Mike suffered a mini-stroke. So, she is freaking out, trying to find out any information. But she is not having any luck.
Love During Lockup: Chelsea Is Frantic
Love During Lockup, star Chelsea is beginning to panic. She doesn’t know which way to turn. She can’t contact her inmate boyfriend, and everyone she is in contact with tells her a different story.
So far, all she has to go on is two messages, one from his sister Courtney and an email from another inmate using Mike’s account.
Chelsea doesn’t know what to do. She is not getting the answers she needs. After several attempts to obtain information from the prison, she is finally told to contact his primary contact, his mom Pamela.
She tells Chelsea and her friend Beth that she was told that her son was taken to a hospital. However, they could not give out any information due to HIPPA regulations. So, they advised her to contact a lawyer to help her.
Love During Lockup: Chelsea Devises a Plan
Chelsea makes arrangements to go to Kentucky to meet with the lawyer with Mike’s mom. However, shortly after her conversation with Pam, she gets an email from Mike. He writes he is out of the hospital and returning to his cell.

The Love During Lockup star’s dad arrives, and Chelsea tells him about the email and her plans to go to Kentucky. Furious, he tells her he feels it is a mistake to go.
He also asks her how she knows his mom is not in the middle of what is going on. Chelsea gets angry and tells her dad she needs to see the man she loves.
The camera cuts to her confessional, and she admits her dad’s concerns stem from her previous relationship.

She says her ex was abusive and got into a lot of trouble with drugs and the law. She also says he ended his own life. But she and her dad continue to have it out.
Her dad brings up the inmate’s teardrop tattoo and his concerns about the possible dangers she could be walking into. Is she being played again?
However, Chelsea doesn’t care and angrily walks away from her dad. The Love During Lockup star only has one concern now.
She wants to see Mike and doesn’t care what she could be walking into. She wants answers because the entire situation is just getting “stranger and stranger.”
