‘Love After Lockup’: Lisa Chooses Family Over Rich Boyfriend Stan Smith
Love After Lockup felon Lisa finds herself in a pickle with her guy, Stan Smith. He doesn’t like the stress her family places on her and drops an ultimatum. Will Lisa do as he wants and stay away from her family?
Love After Lockup: Lisa Has a Surprise Request
Love After Lockup‘s Lisa doesn’t take kindly to Stan’s disregard for her family. On the drive back to Stan’s house from prison, her son called and was upset. Lisa said she expected that Stan Smith would offer to let her son stay at his house.
Stan Smith told WEtv’s Love After Lockup fans he wasn’t willing to move her son in until he knew her better. He previously told viewers that she comes from a family of criminals. Lisa once asked him to post a 30k bond for her brother, but Stan refused.
Stan later explained that it was bad that she just got out of prison and had to deal with so many problems with her family. He told Lisa to sort it out, and then they’d discuss having her son come live with them on Love After Lockup.
Stan Smith Belittles Her Mothering Skills
Lisa appeared worried about her son because she doesn’t know how he handles conflict. She has no idea whether he can sort out his own problems. She promised to be there for him now that she’s free on Love After Lockup.
Stan Smith lamented Lisa’s lack of affection during the trip home on Love After Lockup but said he knows she’s worried about the situation with her kid. He refused to offer any suggestions and told Lisa to “figure it out.” Lisa said if it were his kids, he wouldn’t act like this. Stan replied he raised his kids right, and she didn’t.

Lisa packed her bags and called for a ride. She said she had some cash and she’d stay in a hotel. If she had to figure things out by herself, she was going to be by herself. The former Love After Lockup felon left saying she’d never give up her kids to be part of his “perfect little world.” She said that Stan would go before they do.
Love After Lockup: Change of Attitude for Lisa
Stan indicated he and Lisa dated before she got locked up, and he was anxious to pick up where they left off. But Lisa didn’t appear as affectionate toward him as he was to her once she got out on Love After Lockup.
Stan Smith kept touching Lisa and wanting kisses, but she turned her cheek to him and did not initiate much affection toward him. On the way back to his house, Love After Lockup’s Stan made several innuendos, which Lisa did not return, except for teasing that she’d put him in the straitjacket he keeps downstairs.
Once they got to the house, she told him she knew he had expectations, but her son took priority. Stan lamented the lack of tenderness from her and refused to apologize for the things he said about her family. Is this the last straw for this Love After Lockup couple on WEtv?
