I love the budding relationship between Zach and Jackson. He really loves his daddy and I see Zach trying to be the dad he wished he had; in all areas of his parenting life.#LPBW

Zach is no stranger to having surgery. Since the Little People, Big World reality star was a kid, he has been under the knife a few times. He has had surgery on his legs and his back.
Zach’s three children also have achondroplasia. So, he can help and guide his little ones through any obstacles or challenges they may face. He never let his dwarfism stop him from doing anything. And that is something he wants to teach his kids.
Zach Rushed to the Hospital
Zach Roloff recently dealt with a medical emergency. He had last-minute surgery to fix a damaged shunt in his head. The shunt allows fluid to move from his brain to his abdomen. He had it implanted in his head as a child.
Zach’s wife, Tori Roloff, shared the terrifying news. The Little People, Big World star explained that her husband was suffering from severe migraines. So, he saw a doctor and was told that the shunt in his head must be replaced right away. He had to get ventriculoperitoneal shunting.

Zach was able to leave the hospital and recover from surgery at home. He was even out and about with his family not too long after. He and Tori Roloff took their kids to the zoo. However, they were anxious about the outing since he was still recovering.
But, while the TLC star was recovering, his son, Jackson Roloff, helped out around the house. He took care of the chickens. However, he also helped Tori clean by mopping the floors. And she was impressed with her son’s mopping skills.
Little People, Big World Celeb Hates Stomach
Tori Roloff recently revealed what Zach Roloff thinks the worst thing about his body is. However, she explained that it wasn’t that he has dwarfism. It even has nothing to do with his height.
Zach doesn’t like that he can’t digest dairy. The Little People, Big World cast member is upset that he can’t drink a good milkshake. He would love to have a milkshake from a local ice cream shop. But it won’t sit well in his stomach.
Tori finds it funny that Zach hates that he can’t have dairy products. So, it looks like the TLC couple won’t be going on any ice cream dates.
