Little People, Big World: Matt Roloff Shares Parents’ Scary Moment
Matt Roloff recently spoke about his parents’ health scare. The Little People, Big World cast member said that it is “truly a scary moment” in life when you find out your parents need prayers. His 79-year-old mother and 82-year-old father are going through “serious medical challenges.” According to Matt, his mom needs physical therapy after a bad fall. As for his dad, he needs chemo treatment to treat his blood cancer.

The Little People, Big World reality star knew he had to be by his parents’ side during this difficult time. So, a few days ago, Matt Roloff left early in the morning to Northern California to check up on his mother and father. It was only a short trip. But he wanted to be there for them.
However, Matt Roloff wasn’t the only one who made the trip out to visit his parents. Zach Roloff and his son also showed up for a surprise visit. According to Matt, Zach drove 12 hours with Jackson to show their support for “Papa and Huny.” While Matt was flying to see his mom and dad, Zach was on the road. He also said that Zach and Jackson had a lot of adventures along the way.
Matt Asks Fans for Prayers
Matt Roloff hoped that he could get fans to help him and his parents while they deal with health problems. The Little People, Big World TLC star asked people to wish them both a “speedy recovery and lots of prayers” to keep their “unbelievable grace and unshakable spirits alive.” Matt knows that his mom and dad will come through and be stronger than ever.
The Little People, Big World farm owner believes that his parents have more living to do. Matt Roloff plans to take his dad and mom to his home in Arizona so that they can spend more years enjoying the pool. Matt is also becoming a grandfather for the fifth time. So, he would like his parents to be around to meet another one of their great-grandkids.
Little People, Big World Celeb Thankful for Help
Not long after Matt Roloff asked for prayers, he gave an update on his father and mother’s health. He believes that the “collective prayers” are having a positive impact on his parents’ well-being. He is confident that his parents will get better, and he thinks it’s all because of the prayers from fans. Matt is thankful for everyone who showed their support and offered their kind words.
Matt Roloff from Little People, Big World said that his dad’s first treatment “went very well.” At first, he did have a “short rough reaction” to the treatment. But, Matt’s dad is now back to his old self and eager to host all his visitors. However, the TLC star doesn’t want his dad to do too much. So, he had to keep reminding him to take it easy. His father will continue to get treatment for the next several months. As for now, his “numbers” are looking better.
As for Matt Roloff’s mother, she was “up and about” looking wonderful. She was even in high spirits. Matt said that his mom will continue with therapy to get her full movement back. It looks like he will be able to bring his parents to Arizona in the near future.
