Jacob and his family love to spend time on the farm as it is. He also feels that Jacob has a lot of potential and is eager to teach him everything he needs to learn.

Right now, Matt is in no hurry to turn over the reins to his son. But, Matt knows there will come a day when he is no longer able to run the farm himself.
