‘Little People, Big World’: Amy Wants it in Writing with Matt Roloff
Little People, Big World sees Amy Roloff turning to Matt Roloff as her last resort but she wants things in writing this time. What’s it all about? It’s her wedding venue, of course. This week’s episode of LPBW has Amy and Chris Marek locking in their decision to marry at Roloff Farms, but she wants to leave nothing to chance with her ex-husband.
Little Big, World: COVID Played Havoc with Amy Roloff’s Wedding Plans
While chatting with fiance Chris Marek, Amy Roloff said one of the frustrations with locating a site for their wedding was coronavirus. Many events delayed from 2020 by the pandemic pushed into 2021. That made it slim pickings for Amy’s chosen date of August, 28, 2021.
On prior episodes of Little People, Big World, Amy made clear that the farm, that’s now solely Matt Roloff’s, was her “Plan B”. But we’ll see Amy saying on the upcoming episode that, unfortunately, it’s now her Plan A. They had one other site she and Chris liked.

However, the parking for that location – also a farm – wasn’t ample enough – for all of the guests Amy Roloff plans to invite to her nuptials. So, it looks like she’ll be letting Matt know that she’s getting hitched at the farm where they lived together for decades as man and wife.
LPBW: Matt Roloff Rubbed Ex the Wrong Way Bonding with Chris Marek
On a recent episode of Little People, Big World, viewers saw Chris insist that Amy Roloff pile into the front of the ATV on the farm, wedged between him and Matt Roloff. Then, it got worse as Chris seemed to really enjoy hanging out with Matt.
Plus, her frustrations heightened as they toured the farm and talked about possible details for their ceremony. Amy was repeatedly irritated, on LPBW, when Chris asked Matt Roloff questions she felted were better aimed her way.
And it seems the bromance continues on Little People, Big World for Matt and his ex-wife’s soon-to-be husband. So much so that Chris even asked Amy’s permission to be friends with Matt. She cautions Chris and says “don’t become best friends”.
Amy Wants Things in Writing with Matt on Little People, Big World
Spoilers for the new episode have Amy Roloff telling Chris Marek she wants nothing left to chance. She says she wants to write up a proposal to avoid “arguing with Matt”. Amy says that way, everyone will have “an understanding”.
With the farm being Matt Roloff’s place now, Amy is worried it will get complicated or “weird”. When Chris offers to deal with Matt – that’s when Amy says she worries about that. She asks Chris what he’s “getting himself into” with Matt on Little People, Big World.
Amy admits it would bother her “a little bit” if Chris gets friendly with Matt. Already Matt Roloff joked about her becoming a bridezilla. And now she anticipates trouble if they don’t hammer out the terms for her big day in writing.
Plus, her fiance is getting too close for comfort with her ex. So, it sounds a little bit like stress might be coming for Amy Roloff from a couple of sides as her wedding date nears.
