‘Life After Lockup’: Monique Rages and Physically Threatens Derek

Life After Lockup couple Monique Robinson and Derek Warner did not end things positively during the season finale of Love After Lockup. The two have a lot of issues between them which are pushing them apart. But they continue working through their problems in the upcoming spinoff season.

Life After Lockup: Derek Warner Gets Busted Cheating by Monique Robinson

Monique Robinson wants to put all the blame on Derek Warner and his family, fans say But Derek discovers she has some pretty serious issues herself.

However, the Life After Lockup stars is not ready to call it quits. Even though she knows he cheated on her, she can’t bring herself to end things.

WEtv fans think Monique will not be happy until she gets him away from his family and Cleveland. She wants his undivided attention. She knows that as long as he is near his family and friends, she will always have to compete with them.

So, he plays it off like a joke when she calls him and begins questioning him about his whereabouts, actions, and who he is with. It seems like he is giving his Life After Lockup girlfriend the runaround, making her furious. So, she starts pulling up all her surveillance evidence.

WEtv Couple Hurl Threats

If there is one thing he learned from their stint on Love After Lockup, his partner, Monique Robinson, has a temper. When she gets angry, she becomes a different person, he says.

But she is not about to let Derek believe he will be able to pull anything over on her. So when she loses her temper with him on the phone, she also threatens her man.

She has a lot of questions, and he is not giving her the answers she wants to hear. Their call is disconnected, and she calls him back.

Robinson threatens to “beat the f***” out of him. When he tries to blame their disconnection on another phone call, she tells him to “stop playing with her, and swears on her daughter she “will f*** him up.”

This is not the first time the Life After Lockup girlfriend has threatened her man. The two heatedly argued after their recent run-in with Derek’s sisters.

Monique threatened to drag him out of the car. The only difference is this time, he argues back, and things take an ugly turn between them. She sees a different side of her boyfriend, and it surprises her to hear him fight back.

Life After Lockup: Derek Is Over the Drama with Monique

Following their fight, Monique says she is over it and plans on packing her bags and leaving immediately. However, the Life After Lockup couple is on very shaky ground.

Derek Warner said during his confessional that he was planning on proposing to her, but after their blowup, he is rethinking everything.

The promo video for the new season shows they are still at odds with each other. However, they are willing to try and work things out. Warner tells her he wants her back. She says his sweet talk is wearing her down. He wants to meet with her and talk things through.

Monique Robinson says she is willing to meet her Life After Lockup boyfriend and hopes they can get past things.

She also says she has something that she needs to tell Derek Warner about. But this is a face-to-face conversation. She says she has some unexpected news for him, which will likely throw him for a loop.
