‘Life After Lockup’: Lindsey Feels Suffocated

Because she is trying to get her life together, she feels she needs some space. She is looking for a job while also trying to bond with her daughter. She also admits she must figure out what her next move will be.

During Friday’s Life After Lockup, WEtv viewers find Lindsey Downs shopping with her teenage daughter Mylie Grace. She reveals she wants to make up for lost time and hopes to reconnect with her.
While they shop for a dress, Lindsey’s phone begins to ring. She checks to ensure it is not her PO calling to check on her. However, it is Daonte, so she ignores the call.
The phone immediately begins ringing again. Lindsey Downs checks to see it is him once again. After that, she hits ignore.
The camera cuts to Daonte who is on his way to tell his mom his plans to move to Mississippi. His mom does not take the news well and walks out on her son. He looks stunned and attempts to call Lindsey again to talk to her about his mama drama.
WEtv’s Downs Feels Trapped
The Life After Lockup star tells her mother that she is beginning to feel trapped by Daonte. She feels he is moving too fast. Lindsey tells her mom his clingy ways are a bit more than she bargained for. As a result, she admits feeling suffocated by him and finds it hard to breathe.

Daonte is starting to get upset that Lindsey Downs is ignoring his calls. He is starting to panic a bit. Sierra reveals he is unhappy about her living with Blaine Bailey.
He doesn’t trust him. So, he wants to get things to move to Mississippi fast and find a place for them together. Daonte’s mom is not happy with the news. She believes he is moving too fast and is headed for more heartache and financial problems.
Life After Lockup: Time for A Change
Lindsey is starting to have second thoughts about Daonte. She told him she was not in a hurry and wanted to take things slow. He is afraid the longer he waits.
Ultimately, the more time Blaine has to move in on his woman. He is not wrong to feel suspicious. Bailey has made it clear that he has strong feelings for the Life After Lockup star and is not afraid to go after what he wants.
It is just a matter of time before Blaine makes his move. But soon, she will be forced to make a big decision. Does she want to change her entire life for Sierra or stay where she feels safe and understood? How will this play out for them? Who will she choose?
