Jazz Jennings Has Successful First Semester

Jazz had a long road ahead of her to get back into Harvard after putting it on hold for two years. So, she took a step back on attending the school to focus on her mental health. But the TLC celeb knew she was ready to start school. But, before that could happen, she had to take the necessary steps to get back in.

The I Am Jazz reality star had to take on an internship to prove she could handle a full course load. Also, she had to get a new clinical team closer to Harvard. She was able to complete the internship and get a group of doctors together in a short period of time. So, the last step was to wait to hear back from the admissions office.

Jazz Jennings found out she could start her Harvard journey, as E! confirmed. She recently completed her first semester at the school. According to her brother Sander Jennings, she had “a successful semester.” He is proud of his sister and all her accomplishments. And Sander can’t wait to watch her “discover new passions.”

Jazz Jennings had to do a lot of hard work to become a Harvard student. But it seems like some viewers think she doesn’t deserve it. One said she got in “because of publicity.” And they think she’ll “flunk out in a year.” Another said her “fame” is how she got in. A person even thinks she’s not “qualified” to attend such a prestigious school.

But not everyone feels that way. One said she deserves to be at Harvard. They said she’s “kind, intelligent, self-assured”. And she’s “philanthropic” and “hardworking”. Another said her going to Harvard’s “inspiring.” They hope she finds “a fulfilling career.”

The I Am Jazz teen knows that she deserves to be a Harvard student. And she doesn’t care what other people think. The TLC cast member doesn’t need validation from others. But she did want to brag about her intelligence. Because people are trying to deny her accomplishments. Especially her admission to Harvard.

According to the Florida native, she’s always been “academically focused”. She graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and a weighted GPA of 5.4138, which she says equates to 55 college credits. And she was also the valedictorian of her graduating year.

Jazz Jennings scored in the 99 percentiles on all her standardized tests in grade school. Most of the time, she got perfect scores or only got a few questions wrong. It’s clear that she’s one smart lady and that her intelligence is how she got into Harvard.
