The old version of Sonny Corinthos was ruthless and cold, especially when someone messed with his family. However, since becoming “Mike” and falling for Nina, it’s clear that he’s a new man.

General Hospital spoilers predict Sonny Corinthos could give in to his burning desire for Nina Reeves. Recently, on GH, he couldn’t help but be jealous when he saw Nina getting chummy with hunky Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore). Of course, Sonny was thrilled to see Shawn again.
However, Soap Dirt noticed that it looked like it bugged Sonny when Shawn gave Nina his phone number. Plus, Nina thinks she’ll be on her way to prison soon. But, General Hospital spoilers believe Sonny will stop that from happening.
The mob boss’ instincts are to protect his former flame Nina Reeves because he still loves her. The former bartender might fight to stop his family from going after Nina.

So, the Godfather of Port Chuck promised Ms. Wu that he and his family would leave Brad alone. Of course, Carly and her son Michael are in disbelief on General Hospital. Sonny Corinthos’ new mantra seems to be, just stay away, and everything’s ok. The old Sonny would vow revenge and stop at nothing to make his enemies suffer.
However, this new version of the legacy mobster is unsettling for Carly. And it’s causing cracks in the “CarSon” marriage. Not to mention, Carly’s heart still belongs to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). They’re both in love with other people and lying to themselves and each other.
