General Hospital Comings and Goings: Charlotte Cassadine Returns
GH casting updates are thrilled to report that legacy offspring Charlotte Cassadine will be back on the character canvas soon. General Hospital viewers may recall that Charlotte’s portrayer Scarlett Fernandez was in a bad bike crash this past May.
As a result, the Charlotte actress needed surgery on both arms and her chin and had four broken molars. No doubt, Scarlett received an out pouring of love and support from fans. Thankfully, the Charlotte Cassadine actor is fully healed and happy to get back to work on GH.
Scarlett recently shared that she’s back to filming as Charlotte on General Hospital, and she couldn’t be happier. Scarlett has been playing Charlotte Cassadine for five years now. She loves being in the role of Charlotte, and Scarlett loves the people she works with at GH.
We should see Charlotte fairly soon on General Hospital, and it comes at the perfect time. Indeed, Charlotte’s father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), will need his daughter by his side soon.
Sadly, as Soap Dirt reported a while back, Val will face heartache when he learns that baby Bailey is not his daughter. And he’ll need Charlotte more than ever, promise General Hospital spoilers. And you can bet Charlotte Cassadine’s also devastated to find out she doesn’t have a new little sister.
Sasha Gilmore Back – GH Casting News
General Hospital ins and outs confirm that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is back onto the scene next week. Sofia recently welcomed her first child, a sweet baby boy, and is back from maternity leave.
On GH, Sasha is about to welcome her child with baby daddy Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor). The happy couple is getting more serious by the day. But, of course, Brando’s mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), is always stirring the pot as General Hospital watchers know.

Soon, Gladys causes a ruckus, and Sasha must do damage control. Plus, Brando gets a shock when he finds out that his cousin Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is alive after all. And soon, Sonny asks Brando if Sasha is pushing him to stay out of the business.
Brando is happy to put the mob life behind him and focus on Sasha and their baby. But, if Sonny tries to pull Brando back into the mob biz, it is sure to cause problems for “Brasha” on General Hospital.
General Hospital This Week: Super-Spy Robert Scorpio Returns
GH puts silver fox super spy Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) front and center once again. Right now, on General Hospital, Robert is teamed up with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). So, the duo is after Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Plus, they’re on a mission to find Val and also long-missing Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Soon, Anna rescues Val, and DA Robert confronts her honey’s dad Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Indeed, General Hospital watchers are glad Robert is back. In other news, Caleb and Kyler Ends are taking over as little Wiley Corinthos.
