General Hospital Comings and Goings: Sofia Mattsson Returns as Sasha Gilmore
GH casting updates confirm Sasha Gilmore’s back on the canvas next week now that Sofia Mattsson’s maternity leave is over. The Sasha actress recently welcomed an adorable baby boy. So, she was spending time with her husband and their new bundle.
General Hospital viewers know Sasha is pregnant on the sudser and about ready to pop. So, Sasha’s story with her baby-daddy Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will pick back up.
Soon, Brando and his baby mama Sasha get an interruption from someone. Most likely, Sasha’s visitor is Brando’s intrusive mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).
General Hospital spoilers promise Gladys will cause problems for the Sasha and her man Brando moving forward. No doubt, fans will be thrilled for the return of Sasha Gilmore. Also, Wiley Corinthos was recently recast with Kyler and Caleb Ends.
Fans may remember Caleb and Kyler from their time as Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) son James West. Theo and Erik Olsen portrayed the character of Wiley. But the adorable twins recently moved to Paris, France, with their parents.
Also, they are going to be big brothers soon when their baby sister arrives. The boys will miss their General Hospital family. But they are loving life in Paris.
Phyllis Caulfield Sticking Around – GH Casting News
General Hospital ins and outs promise Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Currently, her close Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is back in Port Charles now that her lies are exposed.
And Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is back home where he belongs, as Soap Dirt revealed. Furthermore, Phyllis’ business, the Tan-O, is gone for good. So, she doesn’t have much left in Pennsylvania.

However, that doesn’t mean we’ve seen the last of her on General Hospital. Soon, Sonny and his wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), welcome a guest. And there’s a good chance it’s Phyllis.
Sonny remembers his time in Nixon Falls. And he was extremely close with Phyllis. So, he will surely want to help her. Perhaps, the kingpin may buy Charlie’s Pub from Ava Jerome (Maura West) and give it to Phyllis.
If so, she may stick around Port Chuck for quite some time. And maybe she can eventually forgive Nina for her deception, hint General Hospital spoilers.

Soon, Robert unearths a shocking discovery, promise General Hospital spoilers. And, later, he and Anna make a surprising decision. So, the DA might help Anna search for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Also, he may help track down Peter August (Wes Ramsey). No doubt, it only seems fitting seeing as Robert wanted to take Peter down since day one. So, hopefully, his return could mean Peter’s downfall.
