On The Bold and the Beautiful, is Douglas Forrester at risk now that he busted Thomas Forrester? A CBS soap producer spilled some tea on the stressful week the kid faces. But is he in peril for calling out his unhinged dad on a dirty deed?
Douglas Forrester Calls out Thomas Forrester on Bold and the Beautiful
Today on B&B, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) got onto Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) again about deleting the voice-changing app. After bickering with his dad, the tween decided to do what he asked — but only after listening to his old recordings.
Thanks to a glitch (which makes no technological sense at all), when Douglas restored his files, he also got the files from his father’s phone app. Then, on Bold and the Beautiful, it didn’t take the kid long to figure out what his devious dad did.
When confronted by his son, Thomas first lied and denied and then he came clean. But Douglas is another one on B&B who remembers his father’s past sins. He immediately called out his father and said it’s just like when he lied about baby Beth.
Of course, Thomas Forrester tried to get the kid to see his side of things. He explained that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is better off without “Grandma” Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). But Douglas Forrester doesn’t buy what his dad’s selling.
Will Thomas Gaslight his Son on B&B?
When Douglas reminded his dad of the Beth lie he told on The Bold and the Beautiful, Thomas loomed close to the kid with a wicked look on his face. And he said, “It’s not the same. And it’s not going to end the same either.”
Looking at it one way, Douglas’ dad could simply mean that he doesn’t think his lie will be exposed. Or it could mean that Thomas will make sure he’s not exposed for his latest scheme. If that’s the case, was it a threat?
B&B spoilers for this week have Thomas Forrester scrambling. And CBS soap supervising producer Casey Kasprzyk already said it’d be a “rough week” for the kid who has lots to do. With a wedding coming Friday on Bold and the Beautiful, it’s terrible timing.
You can bet Ridge’s son wants to see his dad walk down the aisle to marry Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). So, Thomas might try and gaslight his son to keep this quiet. Watch to see him pressure Douglas and pull out all the stops.
Douglas in Danger? How Far will Terrible Thomas Go on Bold and the Beautiful?
Longtime Bold and the Beautiful watchers saw when Douglas Forrester found out about baby Beth, he was unstoppable. Even when the adults in his life turned a deaf ear, he persisted. In the end, he’s the reason the little girl is back with her parents.
And Thomas Forrester knows this about his son. So, if the tween pushes back on his designer dad, will things get tenser? Could the kid be in danger if his dad decides he’s got to keep the CPS secret hidden at all costs?
At the same time, Brooke and her sisters try and figure out if her stepson did indeed ruin her marriage to Ridge. Will they find out in time? With the Taylor-Ridge wedding slated to start Friday on Bold and the Beautiful, time’s almost up.
