Douglas on ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ – Did He Just Bust His Dad?
Douglas on Bold and the Beautiful got in trouble today – but was it because Douglas Forrester was about to expose his dad’s bad deed on the CBS soap? Just as everything’s turning up roses for the Forresters, that kid could throw a wrench into things on B&B.

Douglas Forrester on B&B wound up playing a prank and getting in trouble on today’s episode. You may have also noted that Henry Joseph Samiri is back in the role, replacing Django Ferri who was filling in for him.
On the most recent Bold and the Beautiful, the boy came in using his phone app — the one that imitates voices. This time, he’d recorded his great-grandfather, Eric Forrester (John McCook). Then he used the app to create a message.
When Douglas played it, it sounded like Eric said that his great-grandson “doesn’t have to do his homework”. The kid laughed and said, “I got you with that app again”. But Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) wasn’t amused, and the kid realized he’d messed up.

Just a moment before Douglas Forrester came in the room on The Bold and the Beautiful, his father was over the moon. Why? Because Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) video called him to share the news their parents reunited.
But a moment later, Thomas was angry with his son. But the kid insists, “it’s just an app” but his dad has another opinion. He said he keeps asking Douglas not to use it, but he keeps on doing it. anyway Then, the kid played it again.
And so, Eric and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) heard it too on Bold and the Beautiful. Then, Thomas told his son more firmly to stop using the app and go down his homework. The pouty tween boy shuffled off to do what he was told.

But why was Thomas so annoyed about the app? Was it because he doesn’t want anyone else to remember it and tie it to the CPS call? If he used Douglas’s phone (or installed the app on his), it might be him that called CPS to the house.

It seems clear at this point that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) didn’t make the call on The Bold and the Beautiful. But today’s scene with the app again making an appearance points to a culprit closer to home.
Will Douglas using the app in front of Donna give her a clue to share with her big sister? Do you think his dad is the one that faked the call? If so, is that why he was so upset at Douglas Forrester today?
Then again, Thomas seems like the most obvious candidate – so if Y&R writers are clever (but they’re often not), maybe they have a twist in store and this is not one more story to tarnish the Forrester son’s character…
