Recently, a letter to EJ from Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) turned up on Days of our Lives. However, Jake along with Gabi snatched the note. Boy did they get an eyeful. Kristen spilled the tea about Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) sordid affair with Lucas Horton. DOOL recaps show Jake changes his mind about confronting his brother with the juicy info. After all, Gabi convinced him to keep it secret because Sami covered for her. Plus, she’s the grandmother of Gabi’s daughter.

Brothers Lucas Work to Split Up a Marriage – DOOL Spoilers

Next week on Days of our Lives, spoilers reveal Lucas has a heart-to-heart with Philip Kiriakis. He finally spills the tea about his tryst with his ex. Philip can understand that his brother is pining for his ex’s affection. After all, he too is caught in a love triangle. While Sami claims she wants to be with EJ, Lucas feels he’s the better man for her.

Further, updates hint at a visit with EJ. It’s no secret on Days of Our Lives that Lucas loathes the other man. In fact, he jumps at every opportunity to let the man know just how he feels about him. Of course, spoilers don’t share exactly what Lucas wants to meet about. But, it is safe to say it has something to do with Sami Brady.

Week Ahead Spoilers on Days of Our Lives: Eric Comes Home to Nicole

After a year of being gone on his mission trip to Africa, Eric Brady makes his return to be reunited with his lovely wife Nicole. The couple has an emotional reunion on Days of Our Lives. But, Eric can tell something weighs heavily on Nicole’s mind. He’s not wrong. Nicole is riddled with guilt for having slept with his nemesis, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). She had even written a confession but decided not to email it. That draft is still in cyberspace on her laptop.

To make matters even worse for Nicole, Eric’s twin has been the pot calling the kettle black on DOOL. Sami watched Nicole stumble around drunk with hunky Xander. Nicole’s fake room receipt didn’t convince Sami. Next week on Days of our Lives, Sami bargains with Xander trying to get him on her side. She wants that juicy info to break up Nicole’s marriage to her goody two shoes twin.

In addition, updates report Xander finds out Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) knows all about the ONS. Xandy’s a crafty one and will surely use this to his advantage. Will he agree to work with Eric’s scheming sis on Days of Our Lives? Spoilers indicate Xander twists her arm to get what he wants.

He tells him he’s engaged to Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) while Chad informs him of the new family dynamics. Meanwhile, Ciara fights with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) over custody of lawyer Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth). Also, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) vows to help Ben.

But, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) tries to convince Theo to hold off on marrying the amnesiac. He’s hurt from his break-up with Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). He doesn’t want to see his son hurt either. See him confide in his friends Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) next week on Days. 

Next, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) admits she has feelings for Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). She has a hard time seeing her with Tripp. Sooner than later, Allie must decide who she wants. She did just kiss Chanel again on DOOL. Who will she choose? She could just have them both as well.

Finally, Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) pops the question to Justin. And, Days of Our Lives updates indicate he refuses. But, it’s only because he wanted to propose first. However, expect a little tension when Bonnie drops the bomb that she asked his ex Kayla Brady to be her maid of honor for the big day.

Mid-July will deliver on the excitement on Days of Our Lives. Viewers watch and wonder how Gabi Hernandez and her sweetie Jake DiMera plan on ousting his brother. Do they use their new info on that tawdry (and ongoing) affair to help their cause?
