Days of our Lives Spoilers: No Relief for Sarah Horton
DOOL news reports Sarah Horton’s condition went from bad to worse. The injection forced on her by Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) doesn’t work. However, little does anyone know that the dose was not the antidote.
It was insecure and jealous Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) that switched the medicine with the original hallucinogen. Of course, everyone waited on pins and needles to see if Sarah would snap out of her Renee DuMonde delusion.

After the injection kicked in, her mother, Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers), was relieved Sarah Horton recognized her on Days of our Lives recaps. Sadly, the sick woman’s mind becomes more mixed up.
She regressed into a childlike state. Maggie is thrilled to have her daughter back. But now what? The adult woman believes she is very young. Will she ever be the same again?
Xander Cook Reaches out to Ex-Fiancee on DOOL
Days of our Lives spoilers suggest Xander Cook tries one more time to get through to his ex-fiance, Sarah. Before she was captured and taken to DiMera Island, she wanted to marry Xander. So, Sarah Horton never meant to leave her hunky fiance on their wedding day.
Soon, Xander tries one last time to get through to her. Although he wants to marry Gwen on DOOL, he needs to help his former sweetheart. He can’t move on with Gwen until he knows there’s no hope for Sarah to regain her memories of the love they shared.
