DOOL spoilers reveal Nicole Walker’s hidden pregnancy comes to light. So far, only a couple of people know about her unexpected bun in the oven. First, she confided in Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley). But, the woman blabbed to her husband Tony (Thaao Penghlis) when he figured out she was lying.
Then, of course, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) literally bumped into the expecting mother at the hospital, seeing the prenatal vitamins prescription. She tried misleading the legal eagle and said they must have given her the pills by mistake. However, Sloan gets Nicole to tell her the truth on Days of our Lives.

Later, DOOL recaps show the women deciding on each DNA swabbing their partners. But Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) gets suspicious.
And eventually, Sloan tells her lover the truth. She spills about Nicole’s pregnancy. Plus, the former priest may have fathered the unborn baby during their drug-hazed “photo session.”
Nicole finds herself under fire this week on Days of our Lives. Eric demands the truth. Further, she made up an early onset menopause lie to satisfy him. Yet, in her defense, she wanted to wait to know who the baby’s father was first.

It’s only a matter of time before he finds out that she is pregnant. Plus, Sloan spilled the beans to Eric already. Elvis Junior has the right to know he may have impregnated his lover.

However, darling Nicki has been apprehensive. She knows EJ would be so mad if he found out she is expecting and doesn’t know if he or his rival is the daddy. In fact, he found out through Eric that the two slept together. DOOL fans saw the executive punch the ex-priest after he bragged about bagging Nicole.
By the end of the week, Days of our Lives spoilers indicate Nicole Walker will come clean to EJ DiMera. How will he take the news? He could be over the moon excited about the possibility. And, of course, he may be upset he has been lied to about Nicole’s health. Will he stand by his woman if the baby is the other man’s?
DOOL Spoilers: Who’s the Daddy?
Days of our Lives spoilers hint that we will know the paternity test results very soon. In fact, Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) could have answers for the pregnant woman by the end of the week. But fans need to know, did anyone tamper with the results?
After all, it’s well-known that the lab isn’t all that secure at Salem’s University Hospital. And why would this DNA test be any different? Then again, she may get truthful answers this time on DOOL. Further, viewers suggest perhaps she’s pregnant with fraternal twins, each fathered by the two men.
Writer “Re-Ron” Carlivati is known for his repeat storylines. So, he could revisit Sami Brady‘s (Alison Sweeney) double-fathered twins situation. Oh, that would be ironic. And Deja vu for Elvis Junior. But, if this is the case, it may not be revealed immediately.
