Days of our Lives Spoilers: Lucas Horton Tormented by Missing Memories
DOOL spoilers for next week see Lucas Horton hitting rock bottom. He’s in anguish, worried that he might have killed Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller). While murder’s not in his wheelhouse, the circumstantial evidence doesn’t look good for him.
After his mom, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) ran her mouth to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), things took a turn for the worse. Just as Lucas was saying “I do” with Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), Chad attacked. He’d concluded that the groom might have murdered Abby.
The crime Lucas committed was kidnapping, not murder. But Days of our Lives spoilers see accusations fly about where he was the night dear Abby died, and why he had a cut on his hand. With his memories of that night missing, he can’t defend himself.
With Chad pushing, the groom finally caves and comes clean. Now, she knows EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) didn’t kidnap her — the would-be groom did. So, Sami sees the light, dumps her would-be husband, and ditches Salem too.
DOOL Spoilers: A Witness to Abigail Deveraux’s Brutal Murder?
With the ugly truth out that Lucas is a kidnapper, plenty in Salem wonder if he might also be a killer. In fact, Lucas Horton himself wonders that same thing. He still has no idea how he cut his hand and worries it might have been on a knife.
And could that knife be the one that took Abby’s life? Maybe. He needs to know what happened. So, Marlena gets to work and puts him on her shrink sofa for a session. Days of our Lives spoilers say next week, Doc hypnotizes him.
The prime suspect, Clyde Weston (James Read) has an airtight alibi, so that means the field of suspects is limited. Could Lucas really be guilty? Would he kill to cover up the kidnapping? He certainly had no problem sending an innocent man to prison…
By mid-week, the hypnosis session succeeds. His memories begin to return. Soon, he’ll know the truth about whether he took Abby’s life. And if he didn’t (which is the case), there’s a chance he might know who did. Did he see the culprit?
Will Real Killer Come for Lucas on Days of our Lives?
The truth comes out soon, promise Days of our Lives spoilers. Drunk Lucas Horton might have gone to the DiMera mansion, but it seems unlikely murder was on his mind. Instead, he might have wanted to grovel and beg Abby to keep his secret.
So, could he have been lurking in the hallway or on the property and spotted the real killer? There are still many suspects with no alibis. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) creeped out of prison. Sketchy Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) was lurking in the mansion.
Plus, there are several villains headed to Salem next week. Is the real killer among those that invade the little town? The bottom line is that Lucas is busted for kidnapping, and he’s lost the woman he loves for good on the NBC daytime drama.
The looming question is whether Lucas Horton’s headed to Statesville on murder charges. Did he kill Abby? Or did he hurt his hand fighting with the killer? Soon, he might be in danger too. Next week things take a turn in the DOOL murder mystery.
