DOOL spoilers bring back Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) at the end of this week when he gets the harsh news that his mom’s on her deathbed. Ironically, she came out of the shooting and being buried alive in okay shape. Kate Roberts survived surgery and might have been okay. But then Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser) came back to finish the job.
So this Friday, Lucas hears that she has little brain activity. That’s because Vivian held her oxygen tube closed and Kate’s on a ventilator. A few moments more and she’d have killed her nemesis. Then as the week starts, Lucas faces the reality of his mom’s fate.
