Days of our Lives Comings and Goings: Louise Sorrel Back as Vivian Alamain
DOOL comings and goings report the long-awaited return of Louise Sorrel as Vivian Alamain. The last viewers saw the character, famed soap actress Linda Dano portrayed her. That was because Sorrel had some health issues.
At that time, her manservant, Ivan (Ivan Marais), kidnapped Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) twin infants. Additionally, Vivian Alamain felt slighted that she never had the chance to raise her twin sons fathered by Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo).
She now sits in prison for the crimes. And Days of our Lives recaps reminds that Vivian called her son Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) after learning he’s alive. She never really got to know his slain twin Jake. But she was pretty close with Stefan before he was “killed”.
As a matter of fact, when Stefan O. first rolled into town, she helped him take his rightful place at DiMera Enterprises. Recently, the DOOL actress reported her reprisal as Vivian Alamain, with her scenes to appear in late Summer or early Fall.
However, what could bring her back to Salem? She may learn her beloved Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) has died. Aniston passed away late last year. But since the show films months in advance, his character Victor still is alive on the soap.

DOOL Comings and Goings: Will Philip Kirakis Come Back to Salem?

However, his parents, Victor Kiriakis and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), convinced the troubled man to seek psychiatric care. So, Philip committed himself to a mental facility over a year ago.
But recent episodes of DOOL show his brother Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) returning with a letter from him. Philip is gone but not forgotten on the beloved sudser.
However, fans wonder if the return of Vivian could signal Philip’s as well. After all, if she comes home to Salem to pay her respects to Victor, Philip could run into the woman who sneakily became his surrogate mother all those years ago.
And he may want to take his stepmother, Maggie Horton’s (Suzanne Rogers) place as CEO. Further, with the turmoil between his ex Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Philip could try to rekindle his relationship with the former Ghoul Girl.

However, fans wonder if Kate’s really dead. After all, Bo may have had a change of heart as he aimed the pistol at his target. But where is she? Did the delicious diva make a break for it?
Viewers may wonder if the actress is leaving Days of our Lives. Comings and goings do not report the actress moving on from Peacock’s streaming sudser, though.
