Stacey Silva from Darcey & Stacey wants to try having a child with her husband. While she admits she isn’t using protection, she realizes having a child hasn’t happened naturally. So, she takes a trip to a fertility doctor to see if it’s possible for her to have a child by herself.
However, she does admit she knows the process is complex. This is because of her age. In addition, her husband doesn’t believe in the process of IVF, which makes the journey even more challenging.

TLC Star Receives Scary News
After her most recent visit to the fertility doctor, she talks about how she’s feeling overwhelmed. However, Stacey Silva does reveal to her Darcey & Stacey viewers that she knows there’s a possibility she isn’t going to hear good news back from the appointment. So, she waits around impatiently for the ultrasound and for bloodwork.
But, she later learns she has a cyst. This news makes her very nervous.
Darcey & Stacey: Cancer Worries for Stacey
After learning about her low follicle count and the cyst, Stacey opens up on Darcey & Stacey. She says she’s only able to think about her brother. This is when she reveals her brother died of a rare form of Cancer. After leaving her appointment with the fertility doctor, she has a lot of negative thoughts.
Next, she states she doesn’t know what her doctor is going to say when he calls her. She goes further into detail, saying she knows it’s a cyst. But, what’s stressing her out is the “unknown.” Plus, she’s very worried about not having any eggs, because of her low follicle count.
During this scary time, she travels to Turkey with her sister, Darcey Silva. They’re working on getting a twin transformation together. But, she hopes this trip will help her to get her mind off of everything that she’s worried about. While she knows she has to stay strong with what’s going on in her life, she doesn’t give up hope on having a baby in the future.
