Darcey & Stacey stars Darcey Silva and Stacey Silva used to live in a glorious home. While Darcey and Stacey’s time on the show didn’t make their home seem extravagant, a recent listing of the property puts the home’s value at over $700,000.
Darcey & Stacey: Stacey & Darcey Silva Lived in Massive Home
Darcey Silva and Stacey Silva from Darcey & Stacey recorded several episodes of different reality TV shows, such as 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days at this luxurious home. However, it doesn’t appear that this house is going to be staying Stacey’s family for much longer.
It is rumored that the home belongs to Mike Silva, who is the their father. While he worked as a businessman, he originally ended up buying the house in 2005. The original buying price of the house was $637,500.
After a few years, the house’s transferred to an LLC company. But, it didn’t stay in the possession of that company for very long. In 2020, the ownership of the house was moved back into Mike Silva’s name again.

How Much Is The House Worth?
When the house was first listed for sale by the Darcey & Stacey co-star, it was put up for $645,000. However, the price then dropped to $599,000 just a few months after it was originally listed. In 2015, the house was listed for rent for $3,250 a month. After spending several months on the market without anyone buying it or renting it, the large home was removed from the real estate market altogether.

Even though Stacey Silva’s dad owns the property, both she and Darcey Silva from 90 Day Fiance were inside of this house numerous times. This home in Middletown, Connecticut sits on 2.21 acres of land. The total square footage of the house is 5,178 square feet.
The home contains six beds and six bathrooms. In addition, the price per square foot breaks down to $138. In addition, it has a two-car garage. While the listing price of the home is high. But, it has the stunning classy look that both Darcey and Stacey love.
Also, the house 90 Day Fiance twins lived in has wooden floors and a large staircase that greets visitors when they walk into the front door. In addition to the comforting grey color on the walls, the ceilings are very tall. There’s a spacious layout of the living room, with a fireplace adding just the perfect amount of coziness to it.
There’s an eat-in kitchen connected to a dining room. Plus, there’s white tile in both of these rooms. Several chandeliers are throughout the entire house. It’s clear Darcey and Stacey put their glam touches on this home before it went up for sale!
