Viewers see Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) moping around her hotel room and missing plans with her son on Y&R. She feels like she’s rejected at every turn by everyone in her life. That includes her bio-sons, her exes, and more.

On Young and the Restless, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) told her not to use their son as a band-aid for her emotional issues. And Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) implied the same regarding their biological child.

Every time Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) sees her, there’s hate in his eyes for her. Chelsea can’t handle the depression crushing her, and when she’s out with Adam today, she heads to the roof of The Grand Phoenix and gets on the ledge.

Billy Abbott to the Rescue – But She Jumps Anyway – Y&R Spoilers

Although Chelsea’s out with Adam today, it’s Billy who notices her distress and exit from the Glam Club. And you’ll recall that Billy was the one who took her out to the roof. He did the same thing with her he did with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) once.

He took Chelsea Lawson onto the roof to scream out her frustrations. This time, she’s crying, though, and feels like there’s no point to her life. In her desperation, she’s ready to take that last step off the roof of TGP and end it all.

Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy gets there in time. He’s horrified to see a woman he cares about on the brink like this. Next week, she tells him to tell her son she slipped, and then she jumps. But Billy catches her and pulls her to safety.

Now, it’s clear Chelsea’s in a mental health spiral. This has been going on for quite a while. She’s not been right since her paralysis when she plotted to frame Adam. And now she’s spiraling anew and needs help ASAP.

Is Chelsea Leaving Young and the Restless?

Fans worry that Chelsea leaving Young and the Restless is a possibility, given her fragile state. But she’s not going anywhere. Instead, Billy steps up for her in a big way. So much so that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) calls him out about it.

But if his ex swears him to secrecy about her suicide attempt, his hands may be tied. To keep her alive, he might have to let Lily assume the worst about the time they’re spending together. Will this spark something in them?

Of course, on Young and the Restless, Adam’s concerned, but Billy-Boy thinks the Newman black sheep is the worst influence on her. So, we’d expect the Abbott bad boy to make it his mission to get Ms. Lawson back to sanity so that she doesn’t try again to kill herself.
