Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy Fishes for Liam’s Devotion in Bizarre Twist?
Bold and the Beautiful had Steffy Forrester grilling Liam Spencer this week, which dropped hints about where these two are going in the upcoming episodes of the CBS soap. It seems Steffy’s concerns over Liam’s marriage may have to do more with her rather than her ex and his wife. It looks like she realizes something that no one but Ridge Forrester has picked up on yet on B&B.
Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy Forrester Grills Liam Spencer
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) sounded like she had Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) on the carpet at work this week. Her tone was similar to that of an employer asking stern questions of an employee.
She didn’t seem to have the attitude you’d expect from a caring friend during their talk on Bold and the Beautiful. She almost sounded like one woman worried about another woman stepping in. But she’s said all along that she loves her husband Finn. She never stopped loving John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) even after the devastating mistakes he made.
But one thing that came out of this conversation was Liam’s intentions about his wife. He left Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) believing they had a chance at a marriage reboot. Liam Spencer told his wife there was a path back. But he failed to let her know that path wouldn’t lead to him.
B&B Spoilers: The Waffler Surfaces
Liam Spencer talked with his wife, on Bold and Beautiful this week. Then she went to her mother with visions of a possible reconciliation with her husband. But it sounds as if Hope took her husband’s words all wrong. He told her there was a path back, which she took as a path back to their marriage.
So, it looks like the Waffler comes out again as he goes back and forth to Hope and Steffy on Bold and the Beautiful. But what Liam Spencer meant by that path, was a path back to the old Hope Logan, not one that leads back to him and their marriage.

So when Steffy asked him questions, his real mindset surfaced. While he loves his wife, and always will, too much has happened for him to return to her.
This just so happens to be the mindset of Steffy Forrester as well when it comes to her own marriage. She loves Finn and always will. But with his murderous mother infiltrating his life, there’s no way she can find a path back to him as well.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy, Liam, and Ridge Forrester See It?
Steffy Forrester is without Finn, and it looks like she sees it that way for good. She cannot put her kids in harm’s way. Danger will follow Finn via Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) for the rest of his life. So, a life filled with worry and looking over her shoulder is not one she’ll sign up for.
Next, you have Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) working on the sidelines. He seems to agree with his daughter, even though neither of them has come out and said it yet. Bold and the Beautiful dropped hints this week with what Ridge said to his wife. At one point he told Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) that you can’t always stay together for the sake of the kids.
It’s likely he reflected on his own life, but he meant this for her daughter, Hope. Brooke went on and on about how they should try and fix their marriage for the sake of their daughter. Ridge informed Brooke in a previous Bold and the Beautiful episode that Liam Spencer is still in love with Steffy. He heard it straight from the Spencer son.
It looks like Ridge sees that pushing Hope and Liam together won’t work. Just as he sees his daughter’s life in danger if she goes back to Finn. So, the next best thing is for the Waffler and Steffy to make a go of it. It’s likely in Ridge’s mind, that this would leave Hope free for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Liam free for Steffy.
B&B Spoilers: Will Steffy and Liam Form a Default Relationship?
While Liam and Steffy both love their spouses, circumstances make it impossible for either one to see themselves in a marriage with them. And both Steffy and Liam have been very open about the love they have for their spouse.
So, if the playing field is level and they both know the baggage they have in tow, will their relationship go to the next step? This is Bold and the Beautiful, so the soap may script this storyline to even make sense. Neither can be in a marriage with their spouse for rather strange reasons, but reasons nevertheless.
But with Jacqueline MacInnes Wood about to exit the screen for maternity leave, it’s likely she’ll go away to think things out. It’s possible she struggles with a life with Finn vs. a life with Liam Spencer.
With her gone, this could push Liam and Hope together, but it looks like Thomas may eventually win out. So, when Steffy Forrester returns, nothing likely changes. That means there’s a chance the soap pushes them into a relationship due to their circumstances.
This makes it almost like a default relationship if both enter into this knowing each other’s baggage. Plus this opens the door for Hope and Thomas to be together, which many fans are itching for. So, it looks like there’s a chance that Liam Spencer and Steffy Forrester may eventually end up together.
