Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy Uncovers Ridge’s Disturbing Safety Plan?

Bold and the Beautiful dropped hints that Steffy Forrester‘s safety pushes Ridge Forrester to do something out of the norm on the CBS soap. He talked a good game during the father-daughter talk while the two sat down at Forrester Creations last week. But he also said enough to leave the Forrester daughter shaking off her suspicions as part of Friday’s B&B cliffhanger.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Suspicion Rises for Steffy Forrester

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) expressed her concerns about Finn and his inability to separate himself from his birth mother. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) told his daughter that John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is a good man.

But like many good men, he has something he can’t control, according to the dressmaker. This is what he suggested to Steffy during their talk on Bold and the Beautiful.

He tells his daughter that Finn has a pull toward Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), the woman who gave birth to him. At this point in the conversation, it sounded like Ridge was advocating for Steffy to fix her marriage.

It seemed as if Ridge was on the same page as her mom, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) last week on Bold and the Beautiful. She cut her conference trip short to come home and support her daughter during this trying time.

Ridge and Eric Forrester (John McCook) appeared to team up by advocating for Steffy to stay at the Forrester Estate for safety’s sake. This didn’t seem to please Taylor at all. She wants her daughter to work it out with her husband. She also believes Finn will protect his wife and the kids if she moves back home.

B&B Spoilers: Ridge Forrester Goes on Fishing Expedition

Ridge Forrester played his cards close to his chest while talking with Steffy about her marriage troubles. He built Finn up a little bit as he talked to his daughter at FC on Bold and the Beautiful last week.

Despite his previous anger over Finn’s recent dangerous mistakes, Ridge held him in a good light. Still, he can’t forget his son-in-law’s lack of judgment lately. It started with him hugging Sheila. By returning her affection, he opened a door for the nut job.

Now Sheila thinks she has a chance with this family. Plus, the horrendous mistake of taking his eyes off his stepdaughter at the beach also remains fresh in his father-in-law’s mind.

There’s no doubt about Steffy Forrester loving her husband. But she looks at her marriage realistically as Bold and the Beautiful rolls along next week. A life with Finn means looking over her shoulder constantly for the next time Sheila strikes.

Still, she also realizes that the whacked-out woman is not only fixated on Finn but her grandson as well. So, she will never be far from danger looming whether she’s with or without Finn.

With Steffy estranged from her husband, Ridge steps into the lead role of protector for his daughter and her kids next week on Bold and Beautiful. So, Steffy already appeared unsettled about what her father might have in mind for her safety.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Ridge Manipulates Steffy?

Going forward on B&B, it looks as if Ridge finagles things with a few underhanded moves as next week rolls out. After Liam professed his love for Steffy to her father, he went back to his daughter to find out how she felt about him.

So, next week it looks like he plans to do something with this information. And it’s likely his daughter catches on, leaving her a bit perturbed.

While she loves her husband, Ridge knows that she’s not able to feel safe with him when it comes to Sheila. Steffy believes her husband is not intentionally seeking Sheila. Instead, she thinks there’s some power working through DNA that draws him to her. So, Steffy can’t see her way back to Finn and feel safe at the same time.

Next, it looks like Ridge may secretly work behind the scenes and manipulate Liam to continue his pursuit of the love of his life, Steffy Forrester. While Liam isn’t necessarily one of Ridge Forrester’s favorite people, he knows he’d protect his daughter from Sheila Carter. But a roadblock surfaces next week on Bold and the Beautiful.

B&B Spoilers: Short-Lived Reboot On the Way?

Despite going back to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) next week, this is likely short-lived for Liam. Both he and Hope are in love with other people. So they set themselves up for failure by trying to fix their marriage.

If Ridge Forrester pushes the Waffler back to Steffy, this could bring double the happiness for the dressmaker. It just may create a future path for two of Ridge’s kids. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) tumbling into a dark place next week.

Once the Forrester son learns of Hope’s decision to go back to her husband, he’s devastated. So, Ridge’s idea of sliding Liam into his daughter’s life frees up Hope for his son as well.

But it also looks like Steffy Forrester has an inkling that her father is up to something. As the father-daughter talk ended she asked if he was advocating for her to go back to Liam. The dressmaker said of course he wasn’t, but it looks like his daughter wasn’t quite convinced.

So, it appears as if Ridge Forrester may have a secret agenda that won’t go over very well with Steffy Forrester as the CBS soap rolls out next week.
