Bold and the Beautiful turns Sheila Carter into a sympathetic character, which leaves Finn conflicted about what comes next on the CBS soap.

John Finnegan has a huge task now that his mother has risen from the ashes, which likely has him facing a life-altering decision. But he made his mother a promise and next week, he breaks the news to Steffy Forrester.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila Carter Heavy on Finn’s Mind

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) was near death one minute, but sitting up and chowing down pizza the next. For some reason, B&B decided to skip the typical scenes of a round-the-clock vigil by loved ones hovering over a hospital bed.

Bold and the Beautiful played out many of these vigils in the past, but not this time. No, they’ve fast-tracked Sheila home, where she showered, dressed, and is already sitting up and taking nourishment.

Amazingly, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) kept well-stocked with hydrating products, like fruit and bottled water. So, under the watchful eye of Finn, Sheila eats healthy food.

But John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) looks a bit distracted. He’s likely pondering what he should do next. This probably centers on his wife, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and how she will take the news.

B&B Spoilers: Friday’s Cliffhanger – Sheila Shocker

So far, only Deacon and Finn know that Sheila Carter is alive, but that won’t last much longer. The previews for next week show Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy reacting to the news.

The reveal should conjure up a lot of shocked faces. But for starts, in next week’s preview, Hope and Steffy look like they’re in agony after hearing the news.

Bold and the Beautiful seems to toy with cosmic connections these days. Steffy fell into a dream-like state a few times this week. While knowing Sheila Carter is dead, Steffy still can’t shake off the feeling that Sheila’s energy is all around her.

Then, as Finn searched the vacant building for Sheila, it was like he was drawn to the spot where she was. So, as B&B dabbles in a different realm than usual, one can’t help wondering where this could be headed.

Once Steffy and the rest of the Forrester-Logan families learn of her resurrection, Finn will need all the divine intervention he can get. That’s because he made his birth mother a promise. He will not walk away from her again.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s a Son to Do?

Finn learns that Sheila fought back hard when Sugar told her she planned to kill Steffy. One of the first things Sheila Carter said when she opened her eyes was to ask about Steffy. She seemed in a panic that Sugar may have gotten to her.

Finn saw the desperation in Sheila when she thought Steffy and her kids were in danger. So, as John Finnegan takes it all in this week on Bold and Beautiful, he sees his mother as a woman who didn’t do what they thought she did.

He tells her he believes she is changing, after all, she tried to stop Sugar from hurting his wife.

Plus, Finn now knows that Sheila didn’t go after his wife. And it’s a load off his mind that his wife didn’t kill his mother. Instead, Sheila stayed true to her word and left her son and his family alone. So, Finn sees Sheila as his mom and calls her that a few times.

It looks like Finn won’t be able to turn his back on Sheila Carter. But that is going to wreak havoc with Steffy Forrester.

As fate would have it, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Sheila Carter and Finn pass the point of no return. For Finn, this means there’s no returning to disowning Sheila Carter.

So unless a miracle drops in his lap, he’s in for quite the battle with his wife and her family next week on the CBS soap.
