Bold and the Beautiful: Will Finn End Sheila’s Terror without Death or Jail?

Bold and the Beautiful uses Sheila Carter as a nightmare today for Finn, but getting rid of her for good doesn’t seem likely for the CBS soap. She represents such evil, the stuff that brings on drama for B&B. But this criminally insane woman lurking in the shadows for Finn and Steffy Forrester starts to grow old.

So, B&B likely needs to find a way to keep this deranged woman on the soap. But at the same time, they need to find a way to change her focus to another character to keep the drama going.

Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila Carter Forever in Finn’s Life

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will never allow Finn or his wife, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) a minute’s peace as long as she’s alive. This lunatic sees her daughter-in-law as a roadblock standing in the way of having a mother-son relationship with Finn.

John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) enjoys a short-lived homecoming with his wife this week. His trigger-happy birth mother lurking in the shadows takes care of that. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have Steffy packing up and leaving the country with the kids this week.

B&B spoilers say she jets off, putting the Atlantic Ocean between her and her murderous mother-in-law. But this is only a temporary fix. Sheila will keep her daughter-in-law on her radar forever, even if she leaves John Finnegan for good. That’s because she has her grandson.

B&B: Removing Sheila Not So Easy

So, B&B has several avenues to rid Sheila Carter from the equation and let Finn and Steffy get back to normal. They could kill her by the hand of one of her many enemies. Or they could throw her in prison for life if they catch her killing someone.

There’s always the Bold and the Beautiful storage closet of an ongoing comma. This could leave her incapacitated for a while after an accident until things need stirring up again.

It’s highly unlikely but B&B could work toward a reconciliation between this crazy lady and Steffy. This would allow the woman who shot them access to her family, which is all Sheila wants. But again, that’s probably not ever going to happen.

Or Sheila can learn she was duped all those years ago. It’s not too far-fetched to imagine that Bold and the Beautiful could have her receiving DNA proof that she’s not Finn’s mother.

Bold and the Beautiful: Finn and Li Finnegan Hatch a Plan

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) back on the screen soon. The spoilers say that she tries to shake some sense into her adopted son, John Finnegan. She tells him to get over to Europe and get his wife. But only after he takes care of his whacked-out birth mother once and for all.

Sheila Carter showed up after years of Li Finnegan and Finn unknowingly living under a cloud of lies and deceit. The result of this put this dangerous woman in Finn’s life while destroying it at the same time.

So, what could two doctors conjure up to rid the threat of Sheila Carter from Finn’s life? They could try to beat her at her own game.

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have Finn dragging Sheila into the cliff house after he gives chase to her this week on B&B. Then Steffy leaves the country, so nothing seems resolved at this point.

But with Steffy gone, he has a lot of time on his hands to deal with Sheila Carter. Plus he has Li Finnegan on his side. So, it sounds as if Finn may take his mother’s advice and get rid of the woman who gave birth to him once and for all.

B&B: Beating Sheila at Her Own Game?

Working with Li on the sidelines, Finn could carefully lure Sheila into a ploy. He could tell her that he is open to a relationship with her but insists on a DNA test first.

With both Finnegan doctors having access to the lab at the hospital, it should be a breeze to switch those DNA results. But this would also allow Bold and the Beautiful to present a shocking twist.

When it comes time for that switch, what if the test shows John Finnegan really isn’t Sheila’s child? With all Jack Finnegan‘s (Ted King) manipulation and deceitfulness regarding Sheila, you would think a DNA test is long overdue.

B&B: Shifting Focus Away from Finn

But if Finn isn’t Sheila Carter’s son, this could put her on a mission to find the child she gave birth to all those years ago. Then it frees up Steffy and Finn. It would also likely open up a door to drag Jack back on the screen.

He’d be her first stop after all, she handed her newborn son to him decades ago. She’s going to want to know why he raised another child, as well as what happened to the baby she gave birth to.

So, maybe Bold and the Beautiful decides they played out this psycho mother routine long enough for Finn and his wife. But by plucking motherhood away from Sheila Carter, they still keep her around on the CBS soap.
