‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Finn Falls under Spell of Evil Grinning Sheila?

Bold and the Beautiful had John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) standing on a rug with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) when it was pulled out from under him on the CBS soap. The Forrester clan was the one doing the pulling but the final yank was supplied by Finn’s father, Jack Finnegan (Ted King). The aftermath of emotions started instantly with the question “why?”

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: John Finnegan Won’t Back Down

As far as John Finnegan is concerned, the woman he wondered about all his life is finally there with him. When the Forrester’s demanded Sheila Carter exit immediately, Finn stood up to his new B&B in-laws. But most of all John Finnegan seemed to defy Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). She demanded that Sheila have nothing to do with her new husband. But Finn didn’t heed her demand.

Sheila Carter stood there appearing to play the victim. But that grin she flashed now and then sent shivers down the spine of veteran Bold and the Beautiful fans. Not a soul at that wedding reception believed a thing Sheila said, except of course for Finn. He looked like a little kid who thought he brought home a kitten but instead it turned out to be a skunk.

Being a great believer in second chances, Finn is a hard sell on his birth mother being so evil. In upcoming episodes of Bold and the Beautiful, spoilers suggest his forgiving nature may end up causing him a disastrous outcome.

One good thing happened on this popular soap when it comes to this new plot.  Steffy and her hubby Finn already joined together as husband and wife before Sheila Carter emerged as John Finnegan’s long-lost birth mother.

B&B Spoilers: Jack Finnegan Didn’t Play The Game

While a grinning Sheila Carter attempted to tell her story, she was met with nothing but disbelief. The entire room except for Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), Finn, and maybe Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) knew of Sheila Carter’s past evil deeds.

But Finn has no idea just how evil this woman was and probably still is. As Sheila tried to make her point and even offered to do a DNA test, Jack Finnegan spoke up. “She’s telling the truth,” he said. He immediately had to explain to his wife and son why he lied. Jack didn’t want Finn to know his mother’s address was the state prison.

He protected Li and John Finnegan against some awful things he eventually found out about Sheila Carter. It sounds like Sheila contacted Jack years ago. Possibly after finding out that he and his wife were interested in adopting a child.

More than likely Jack Finnegan paid big bucks to Sheila Carter for this adoption. It sounded like he knew she was in trouble at the time and headed off to prison. But since that time it appears he’s discovered more about her so he kept both Finn and Li away from the truth.

Jack Finnegan probably made a few mistakes but at least he didn’t attempt to keep himself out of this. He spoke up. But this isn’t the end of the talking he needs to do on Bold and the Beautiful for his son, wife, and Steffy, along with her family.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Troubled Waters Until Sheila Carter Pulls the Plug

It’s obvious that the groom’s father worried about Sheila Carter showing up for Finn’s wedding day. His worst nightmare materialized. But he at least owned his part in this. Finn is mad, he’s angry enough to tell Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) that his mother stays despite Ridge ordering her out.

Bold and the Beautiful fans wondered if Sheila changed when she showed up. But it already looks as if this is not the case. What a selfish thing to do, show up at Finn’s wedding especially knowing the reception she’d get from everyone there. Sheila put the son she loved so much from afar all these years in a terrible predicament.

Many of the B&B fans say a mother wouldn’t do this who loved her child, as Sheila claims to. Sheila also seems to know the answers before the question gets asked. So it sounds as if she planned out this visit knowing what everyone would likely say. But most of all that diabolic grin seems to give it away. Especially when she eyed the portrait of Stephanie Douglas Forrester (Susan Flannery) above the mantle.

B&B Spoilers: Life Changes As Finn Comes Under

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Finn waffles between Steffy and his bio-mom. The spoilers also say that Finn even lies to his new bride, who bans Sheila from her family. That little grandson that Sheila is so desperate to meet is off-limits as far as Steffy is concerned. But maybe not Finn.

This may be where that lie comes in. It’s possible Finn secretly meets with his mother and brings Hayes Forrester-Finnegan along. While Jack Finnegan struggles to make things right with Li and Finn, the spoilers suggest there’s a chance Finn starts to take Sheila’s side against his own parents, the Forresters, and maybe even Steffy.

She’s a master manipulator and John Finnegan has a big heart. It’s probably going to take an explosive event to get Finn to jump off the Sheila Carter train, the one headed straight for a wreck. So, it looks like Finn may come awfully close to losing the family he felt blessed to have.

But it probably takes an act from Sheila for him to come to his senses. While no clues dropped yet on what that may be, Sheila Carter herself needs to do something to bring Finn out from under her spell. All he needs to do is see her in her manipulating mode and that may do the trick.
