‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Liam’s Sappy Words Wake Up Steffy but Infuriate Fans?
Bold and the Beautiful sees Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) at Steffy Forrester‘s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) bedside on the CBS soap this week. Viewers expected Liam to show up there since they share a child.
But some B&B fans think he got a little too sappy, way too soon, especially when he’s speaking to a woman who doesn’t even know yet that she lost her husband.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Forrester Opens Her Eyes
Steffy Forrester’s eyes flutter and then open this week. The latest B&B spoiler video catches a face shot of Steffy in her hospital bed while waking up.
The next scene has Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) leaning over Steffy’s bed. Taylor Hayes (Kimberlin Brown) is also there with him during this Bold and the Beautiful scene.
His daughter’s eyes are open when Ridge asks her “who do you think put you here?” So, this Bold and the Beautiful spoiler has Steffy coming out of her darkness this week.
But what prompts her to wake up could be Liam Spencer’s voice. He spends a good deal of time at the hospital. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) clarified this week when she suggested her husband stay by his ex’s bedside.
B&B Spoilers: Liam Spencer Does His Spiel
It was no surprise when Liam Spencer showed up at the hospital. But what he had to say seemed to stun some viewers. Then, what Bold and the Beautiful scripted for Liam rattled the even more.
Steffy is still not aware that Finn is dead. John Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) death will devastate her once she’s told. But yet, B&B runs a bunch of romantic flashbacks through Liam Spencer’s head.
Bold and the Beautiful viewers are still getting over the shock that the soap ousted Finn. This became a huge disappointment when news surfaced at the crime scene.
Many fans of the soap liked Steffy Forrester and Finn together. Most of all, they like how this relationship ended a long-drawn-out love triangle.
For many viewers, this meant that the days of the Liam-Steffy-Hope escapades could finally go away. But after Liam Spencer’s trip down memory lane this week, fans worry it’s coming back.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Fans Worry – Steffy & Liam Reboot?
Liam still loves Steffy Forrester, and he seemed to clarify this on B&B this week. It doesn’t mean that he doesn’t love Hope, which he does very much.
But with Finn gone, this opens that rusty old door for that love triangle to surface. Many viewers can’t stand the thought of watching that again.
Still, as far as the new widow’s future love life goes, some viewers have different ideas. Many Bold and the Beautiful enthusiasts believe that Steffy isn’t meant for Liam Spencer.
They don’t want to see Liam gushing by her bedside or even entertain the thought of a reboot for this couple. But there’s an alternative love-life for Steffy Forrester, which Soap Dirt recently suggested.

That’s Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). He’s another of Steffy’s past love interests. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) gave him up for good a while back.
So, Bill is a free agent these days who happened to show up at Liam’s house before the shooting. He sang praises for Steffy Forrester, but this appeared to come out of nowhere.
But Bold and the Beautiful doesn’t script scenes without reason. While Bill’s words didn’t seem to serve a purpose at the time, they may become apparent on the CBS soap. For now, Liam Spencer gushing over Steffy Forrester isn’t doing it for many of the viewers.
