‘Big Brother’: Twist Ends Kyle & Alyssa Showmance and the Leftovers?
Big Brother unveils a twist tonight that could wreck Kyle Capener‘s showmance with Alyssa Snider – and doom The Leftovers too. Let’s dig in and see what chaos this BB24 game changer could accomplish on the CBS show.
Big Brother Twist Could Thwart Kyle Capener Shielding Alyssa Snider
Taylor Hale’s Head of Household reign was marred by Kale Capener’s intense need to protect Alyssa Snider. Given that he only gave her 10 seconds of nookie, it does seem like the very LEAST he can do. But, he’s prioritizing her over his alliance. That’s an issue.
The smart move for any alliance is break-up the showmance couple. Kyle knows this but decided to protect her anyway, throwing Taylor’s HoH plans awry. Tonight, they’ll evict a disgruntled Indy Santos and then step into the Big Brother twist that’s coming.
Unless Kyle Capener winds up in the same side of the house with Alyssa Snider, he can’t protect her. And even if they do, they might find a target on her back depending on who are the other three houseguests in their side of the split house.
If it’s Kyle, Alyssa, and three Leftovers, she’s toast unless he wins HoH or veto again, most likely. If it’s Alyssa, 3 LOs, and one more Convenience Store member, she’s also likely a target unless she takes HoH and/or PoV.
Kyle Capener could come out of this split safe, though, if he finally realizes it’s his game or hers. The way Big Brother determines the Split House is everything for the coming week and the fate of this showmance duo.
BB24 Split House Could Force Leftovers to Turn on Each Other
Already, Kyle sniffed around about ending the LOs and thinking endgame when talking to Matt Turner. But Turner swiftly reminds Kyle that people that splinter off an alliance early are the ones who get clipped first. Of course, this is all about Alyssa…
But clever Turner wants to stick with the LOs until Final 7 and then battle it out once it’s unavoidable. But Kyle’s got the lure of quickie s*x with Alyssa throwing his brain out of game mode. If it’s Kyle and four Leftovers in one side of the house, he might be ousted.
The worst-case scenario on Big Brother tonight is that the LOs are split 5-2. That would force the group of five to cannibalize their alliance out of necessity. It’ll also be bad if Taylor winds up with the Convenience Store girls because they’ll definitely target her.
My super casual husband after watching the episode: So this michael guys a rat and an idiot why wouldn’t you make boner boy (Kyle) use the Veto to take out that dumb showmance girl 😭😭😭😂😂😂 #bb24

The best case scenario is a 4-3 split of the seven LOs. And with Kyle Capener separated from Alyssa Snider. With five houseguests in each side of the house, one HoH, and two on the block, that leaves two votes to evict.
Jasmine Davis and Terrance Higgins aren’t comp threats unless it’s one of those random ones where it’s luck of the draw/ball toss, etc. Alyssa’s not much of a comp threat either, nor is Brittany. But what type of comp will it be?
Given that we just had an endurance comp and no mental comps yet, we’d expect a quiz comp or something similar. Wait to see. This split leads to a Big Brother double eviction. And it’ll be a miracle if the Leftovers survive unscathed.
