Adam & Billy Team up in ‘Young and the Restless’ Stunner?
Young and the Restless spoilers have Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) bargaining. These two have been at odds for years, but could a common enemy pull them close? It may seem the unlikeliest of outcomes, but official Y&R spoilers say it’s coming.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Billy Abbott & Adam Newman Get Close – But Why?
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and her husband are mutual targets of the men. Why? Billy Abbott never liked that his ex-wife married lying Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). Vikki raked Billy Boy over the coals about his dishonesty. Yet, she forgives Ash horrible lies. And horrid deeds in his past.
Plus, Young and the Restless has Vikki taking aim at Adam Newman. She wants to take his CEO seat and tried to get their dad to sell Newman Media. While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) told her no, her lies seeped into his head. Now, he’s on top of Adam at work. And he made clear he thinks his son dropped the ball.

But mid-week, Adam chats with Billy. Thanks to her lies, he thinks Vikki shut down Billy Abbott. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint once the men run into each other, the truth comes out. And when it does, they might find a common interest in targeting Victoria and her husband.
Y&R Spoilers: Ashland Locke on the Radar with His Wife
Also, next week on Young and the Restless, Victor has a meeting about his son-in-law. He calls in Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to talk about Ashland Locke. The Mustache offers him a job and wants him to investigate Ash. Since the other guy’s cancer is suddenly better, Adam’s dad is suspicious.
And both Adam and Billy might be as well. Plus, Adam Newman has a dramatic run-in with his sister and brother-in-law. After a showdown on Young and the Restless, he tells the Lockes that he doesn’t have their backs anymore. Could it be that he knows she lied and is trying to stab him in the back?
Adam and his father shielded Ash and Vikki from Billy Abbott’s antics. Now, he’s got reason to second guess covering for the Locke Ness Monster. With a common foe, could the unthinkable happen? Remember years ago, when Billy drove Adam out into the dark of night to murder him? This would be a sea change.
Will Adam & Billy Target Ash Together on Young and the Restless?
Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, August 19 say Billy Abbott cuts a deal with Adam Newman. But they already agreed to a ceasefire in the libel feud. So, what’s this about? Recall, Billy’s still upset that Ash got away with his lies and crimes. Also, Adam’s got that contentious meeting coming with his big sis.
So, it sure seems like it’s about Ash and/or Vikki on The Young and the Restless. Victor has Michael looking into Ash. So, maybe the other Newmans are aligning against the new in-law. That means Billy might finally find common ground with Adam. Is their deal to target the recent groom?
If so, could this common task finally set aside the ongoing angst between Adam Newman and his foe? Adam’s apologized for the accident that took Billy Abbott’s daughter’s life. And he hasn’t pressed charges for the many times Billy tried to kill him. And Delia’s mom has made peace with him too.
