On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Biniyam Shibre looks to settle the score with Ariela Weinberg‘s ex-husband Leandro Fosque by calling up an ex of his own. Jenny Slatten goes to Hare Krishna camp, but learns she can’t fast track her devotion. Ellie Rose finally gets news that Victor McLean survived the hurricane. Biniyam Gets Even on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way

Biniyam Shibre is stressed. He’s shook up about Ariela Weinberg’s ex-husband lurking around the house. And can’t help but think a flame still burns between the two. Meanwhile back at the house, Ariela happily makes aromatic coffee for her ex Leandro. She didn’t expect to get so emotional when she admitted she always thought they’d end up together. Until her detour through Ethiopia where she hit a speed bump named Biniyam Shibre and got pregnant.

Leandro is kind enough to offer up a hug on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Later, he hits the gym with Biniyam to go some rounds in the boxing ring. It starts off innocent enough with Biniyam holding the pads and calling the shots. But Biniyam snaps and takes Leandro down to a headlock. Leandro taps out and Biniyam says he wants to talk “man to man”. Of course he wants details on what happened when they stayed together in New Jersey.

More specifically he wants to know if they “made sex”. Leandro plays dumb and says that Biniyam has nothing to worry about. Ariela confirms this. Later, Biniyam gets in a low blow by inviting his ex and dance partner Tsion to dinner and drinks with them. Leandro is struck by her beauty and Ariela needs to know why they broke up. Apparently Biniyam cheated on her with his now ex-wife, another American. So this plan sort of backfired on him.

Jenny Slatten Chants But Doesn’t Make The Cut At Krishna Camp

Jenny Slatten is in a pickle on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. She needs a way to stay in India ASAP with her young love Sumit Singh. He’s terrified to choose marrying her over the wishes of his parents. But with her temporary visa having a shorter shelf life than Greek yogurt, she’s got to act fast. As previously reported in Soap Dirt, an attorney advises that she join ISKCON. Other wise known as the Hare Krishna’s. Jenny is on board and ready to get started.

Sumit drops her at the temple with a sack lunch and words of encouragement. Jenny is excited to meet the priest Ajay who quickly hands her off to a few seasoned devotees. Jenny learns the chant and is a little impatient that she has to work through 108 beads saying the full mantra on each one. At times her mind wandered and she drifted off into “99 bottles of beer on the wall” but she makes it through.

On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Jenny is parched after her chanting session. It’s a good thing Sumit tucked an extra Sunny Delight into her lunch bag. Jenny is emboldened and wants to know when she gets her Hare Krishna starter kit. After all she needs to parlay it into a missionary visa STAT. But the priest lets her down easy and says she needs to prove herself and that doesn’t happen overnight. Jenny breaks the news to Sumit that you can’t half-a*s your way into the Hare Krishna’s.

Ellie Rose Goes In Search Of Victor On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way

Ellie Rose is freaking out and with good reason. After tying up all the loose ends in her life and unloading her pizza shop, she was headed to join Victor McLean in Providencia. But a category 5 hurricane destroyed the small island and wiped out all means of communication. So, she hasn’t heard from him since the storm hit. With plans to fly there for good in just three days, Ellie isn’t sure what to do.

Finally Ellie gets a bit of good news on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. His sister leaves her a voicemail that Victor has indeed  survived the storm and even sent a sweet message to Ellie. So, Ellie decides to go forward with her plan. Her friend Hiromi arrives to take her to the airport and apologizes for casting doubt on Victor. But Ellie forgives and starts her travels to Colombia to look for him.

Evelin Won’t Say Yes To The Dress

Evelin Villegas never dreamed of a wedding much less a traditional dress on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. But here she is with her sisters looking at dresses online. Her sisters smirk because they don’t think she should marry Corey Rathgeber. They don’t trust him after he went off to Peru and “flirted around” while on a break from her. Corey appears and is glad to see the gals looking at dresses. Because he has a surprise for Evelin.

The sisters are bummed when he says it isn’t food or chocolate. But a dusty dress he pulls out from under a bed. Not only is it dirty but it’s pretty ugly. One of Evelin’s sisters calls it out for what it is. A used prom dress. And a sheepish Corey admits she’s not wrong. While a moth eagerly escapes the folds of polyester and tacky gold beading, Corey isn’t so lucky. Evelin informs him she doesn’t appreciate the gesture and the sisters mock him.

Later on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, it’s time for Say Yes To The Dress Ecuador edition. There really aren’t any dress shops in Engabao but there is a dressmaker. Who even offers up mimosas for the full experience. Evelin feels awkward in the first dress and needs a few gulps of champagne to set herself straight. She admits to her sisters that she’s been hiding something. She already married Corey a year ago. The sisters spit out their mimosas and next week someone eats a weenie over it.

Kenneth Niedermeier Is Homesick On 90 Day Fiance

Kenneth Niedermeier is excited to head to the airport and pick up his daughter Cassidy for a much needed visit. He hasn’t really ever been away from his kids for more than a few weeks and now it’s been a year. While he’s very happy to be in Mexico with Armando Rubio, he hasn’t been completely honest with how much he misses his kids and grandkids back home.

The father and daughter are overjoyed to see each other on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Kenny cries and admits to his daughter that he misses them and being home so much. Cassidy echoes his frustration. That she feels she has now taken on his role as the center of the family. And she feels the pressure trying to keep everyone together and happy. It was definitely an emotional reunion for this father and daughter.

Steven Is Ready For Turkey But Not Without Snacks First

Steven Johnston is ready to bid goodbye to his old room and giant sized teddy bear to move to Turkey to marry Alina on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. His parents call from downstairs that it’s time to go. But he informs them he needs a bathroom break, some fruit roll-ups and a good tooth brushing before he goes.  Of course they tell him nobody has time for that and off they go. Steven’s mom warns him of the many perils of making friends with strangers.

Meanwhile over in Russia, Alina is banking that Steven won’t take his mom’s advice. Weary because he got them separate residences in Turkey, she thinks he can’t be trusted. So she enlists her cute friend Masha to catfish Steven via a private message. The two girls plot to fool Steven into taking the bait and wanting to take things further with a more intimate chat. Meanwhile Steven is already on the plane enjoying the snacks he threw in his backpack. Till next time!
