’90 Day Fiance’: Steven in Russia to Bring Olga and Baby Alex to America

90 Day Fiance fans will be happy to learn that Steven Frend, Olga Koshimbetova, and their baby boy Aleksandr “Alex” Frend are about to be reunited for good. Steven jetted to Russia this week to escort his new little family back to America to start their new lives together at last. But they have one last hurdle to take care of when they arrive.

90 Day Fiance News: Steven Frend Leaves For Russia

During the last season, fans of the TLC show watched as Steven and Olga suddenly plunged into parenthood. Both had rough childhoods, so they didn’t have much to look back on for examples.

Still, both Steven and Olga seemed to mature through the episodes of 90 Day Fiance. At only 20-years-old, both Olga and Steven were among the youngest on the show. They are very young parents as well to little Alex Frend.

Steven and Olga Must Face One Last Trial

Along the way on 90 Day Fiance, new parents Olga Koshimbetova and Steven Frend had a rough road. He owed her a couple of apologies that he eventually made. One was for how he was sometimes rude during filming. The other was for not starting her K-1 visa process when he told her he did. Instead, he waited until he was in Russia.

In his defense, Steven wanted to make sure they were going to work as a couple before he started the process. He finally triggered the process but there is one last hurdle to go. Steven revealed in a recent post (see below) that Olga Koshimbetova has an interview at the embassy. He’ll be there with her for that and hopefully, if all goes at it should, their little 90 Day Fiance family will be on a plane soon, headed to the US!

Young Parents Ready for the Future

For Steven Frend and Olga Koshimbetova, their 90 Day Fiance journey was about more than just the trial and tribulations of a long-distance romance. Their journey was more about quickly growing up with an unexpected pregnancy thrown into the mix. Yet in the end, they seemed to succeed.

As Soap Dirt reported, Olga had a traumatic childhood incident where her parents killed her sister. Olga was just 13 when it happened. Her parents ended up in a high-security mental health facility and she had unstable teen years with time spent in an orphanage.

90 Day Fiance‘s Steven Frend also went without a loving family. His father was distant and his mother kicked him out of the house. He blames her throwing him out for not completing high school when he should have done. He later went back to get his diploma. Neither had a peaceful or stable family home it seems.

90 Day Fiance: Steven and Olga Focus On the Future

While Olga’s story is sad, both she and Steven come into this relationship with a lot of baggage. So far it looks like this gives them the reason to focus on a wonderful future for their son. A few weeks back when Olga’s K1 visa was approved, Steven was thrilled. Now they’re on the way to becoming a family in the US.

Steven seemed to emerge more confident in his future with Olga after a rough start as a new father. This just might be one of the few success stores from this season of 90 Day Fiance. We’ll update on Steven Frend and Olga Koshumbetova’s progress.
