According to Kara, when she was 15, she auditioned for American Idol in Louisville, Kentucky. But she did not make it through. However, she didn’t give up.

When Kara Bass was 17, she tried out for American Idol again in Orlando, Florida. However, she also did not make it through to the show. So, the 90 Day Fiance celeb appreciates it when people tell her to audition for a singing competition show. But she already has, and it didn’t help her singing career.

Getting turned away by American Idol at a young age was “incredibly disheartening.” She just wanted to sing and be on stage.

Kara Moves to China to Sing

Kara Bass didn’t give up on her dream of becoming a singer. After the failed auditions, she moved to China. She became a singer and performed seven days a week professionally. She got paid to sing in clubs. And she had a great time showcasing her talent on stage in front of huge crowds.

Kara believes that there are many ways someone can become a successful singer that doesn’t involve being on a singing show. The 90 Day Fiance star also thinks that those types of shows are made for “entertainment purposes.”

However, she feels they have “wonderful singers” on the show. But there are many other avenues out there where you can share your talent with the world.

Kara reveals that she’s not a “huge fan” of those types of talent shows. Although the TLC celeb thinks that the people on the shows are “amazing.” She just doesn’t think that is the route she wants to take when getting her voice out there.

90 Day Fiance Celeb Needs Help

Kara Bass is thankful for fans believing in her talent and suggesting that she showcases her singing skills on a competition show. However, the TLC star reveals that she won’t be auditioning for any talent shows. She wants to get back into the singing world on her own.

However, Kara wants fans to share her singing videos. The 90 Day Fiance cast member asks people to like her videos and tag people in the industry in them.

She feels it’s the best way to “get the word out” to people who can help her produce an album. She would love to make an album.

Kara feels she can do a lot of things. But, there are some things she can’t do, and it’s production and writing. She knows she can sing. However, she knows she’s going to need some help from professionals.
