90 Day Fiance: Kalani Faagata & Asuelu Pulaa’s Marriage Suffers
In this season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Kalani Faagata feels that her marriage to Asuelu Pulaa is going downhill. The TLC pair starts to get into the habit of sleeping in separate rooms. Kalani didn’t think much of it. However, she then realized that there was no romance in her relationship with Asuelu. She and her husband thought that moving into their own home would fix their problems. But, it seems that Kalani wasn’t willing to work on their marriage.
Kalani Faagata from 90 Day Fiance even went to seek professional help from a lawyer about divorcing Asuelu Pulaa. She found out that there has been a change in the law that makes the sponsor of the foreigner responsible for them for life, instead of 10 years. Kalani didn’t expect to hear this information. And either did her dad, who had sponsored Asuelu so he could come to America.

Kalani Faagata’s dad is against her divorcing Asuelu Pulaa. Low Faagata thinks that his daughter should work things out with Asuelu because they have two children together. In his mind, marriage is for life, and divorce isn’t an option. However, Kalani doesn’t want to stay in a marriage if she is unhappy.
Asuelu’s Car Accident Opens up Kalani’s Eyes
In the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Kalani Faagata got a big wake-up call. She revealed that Asuelu Pulaa had gotten into a bad car accident that ended with his car being totaled. Kalani knew that Asuelu could have got hurt badly. He could have even died. But, knowing that there was a chance he didn’t make it out alive made Kalani realize how much she does love her husband.
The 90 Day Fiance reality star felt that the car accident was important for their marriage. It opened up Kalani Faagata’s eyes to the fact that Asuelu Pulaa could have been gone, and she would be a single parent with two boys. She started to realize that she doesn’t want to live without her husband. As for Asuelu, being in a near-death accident made him see that he shouldn’t take Kalani and their kids for granted. He also believes that they should spend more family time together. And, now, it seems like Asuelu isn’t wasting any time and wants to plan something special for Kalani.
90 Day Fiance Couple Go on Weekend Getaway
Spoilers for the upcoming episode reveal that Asuelu Pulaa is going on a weekend getaway with Kalani Faagata. He takes matters into his own hands and plans the whole trip. They are hoping that a little mommy and daddy time can help fix their marriage. However, it seems like they may need a little help. Kalani says that she and Asuelu are going to a shop to buy some toys to heat things up in the bedroom. She hopes to “spice things back up again.”
90 Day Fiance‘s Kalani Faagata had previously brought up the idea of role-playing to her husband. However, Asuelu Pulaa didn’t want to pretend to be someone else while playing in the bedroom. But, it seems like Asuelu has had a change of mind and is willing to try out anything that will help mend his marriage with Kalani. Will the TLC couple be able to put the spark back into their marriage?
