90 Day Fiance: Jovi Dufren Hangs Out with Ruben the Cuban
Jovi Dufren and his wife, Yara Zaya, have been thinking of moving to Miami, Florida. So, they have been spending a lot of time in the Sunshine State. However, he recently took some time away from his wife and daughter to spend time with a familiar face.
90 Day Fiance fans met Ruben the Cuban on the latest season of The Single Life. He met Debbie Aguero online, and the two hit it off right away. She eventually went to Miami to meet him in person. And by the end of her trip, they got closer. She even thought about moving there for him.
However, Debbie isn’t the only cast member to hang out with the Miami resident and get a tour of the city from him. He recently hung out with Jovi.
Jovi & Ruben Eat Traditional Cuban Food
Jovi and Ruben went out on a Cuban culinary adventure at Versailles. They dined at one of “Miami’s iconic” restaurants. Debbie’s Cuban lover explains that his hangout with the TLC celeb was a “fusion of flavors and friendship.” But what did they eat?
Ruben reveals that he and the 90 Day Fiance cast member’s dining experience starts off with thin, crispy plantain chips seasoned with mojo sauce. He says that it is the “soul of Cuban snacks.”
The new friends then have a croqueta platter. Ruben believes that they are “like little flavor bombs.” Their dining experience then continues with an empanada platter. He explains that each empanada is “bursting with seasoned meat or veggies.” He also reveals that Yara’s husband’s “eyes widen as he takes a bite.”
However, the food continues. They then have a “dish of shredded and crispy marinated beef.” Ruben also reveals that he got Jovi’s nod of approval. Yara’s husband thinks, “This is the stuff dreams are made of.”
The TLC cast members’ meal ends with a traditional Cuban dessert. They eat “flaky pastries filled with sweet guava paste.” They even pair it with “bold, velvety Cuban coffee.”
However, Jovi didn’t leave without getting something for Yara and Mylah. He brought them some dessert. He wants to give them a “taste of Miami.”
90 Day Fiance Bromance in the Making?
Jovi Dufren is glad Ruben showed him a great spot. So, the new friends plan to see each other again. Debbie Aguero’s new man wants to show Yara’s husband around the city more. He even wants to take him out driving.
Many 90 Day Fiance fans love seeing the TLC cast members hang out. One person even hopes he takes him to a “girly bar.” Another person says it is the “friendship they didn’t know they needed to see.” Could this be the beginning of a new friendship?
