90 Day Fiance star Erika Owens got rough and muddy on her trip to New Zealand. She is on vacation with her boyfriend. Erika and Chris Siclari have been experiencing some wild adventures together.
90 Day Fiance: Erika Owens Vacations with Boyfriend Chris Siclari
Erika Owens and her guy are currently on vacation together in Rotorua, New Zealand. The 90 Day Fiance cast member thought she’d never see the day where she and Chris Siclari could take an international trip. The global pandemic stopped many people from traveling.
But, since New Zealand is open to Australian travelers, Erika took the opportunity to go on a little getaway with Chris. Getting to travel again felt “surreal” for Erika, said the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days alum.

The first stop on the 90 Day Fiance castmate’s trip was to the Hobbiton Movie Set. Unfortunately, it rained that day, so Erika Owens spent the day getting wet with Chris Siclari. But, according to the TLC star, the rain made everything look very “green and gorgeous.”
While visiting, they learned about the filming process, how each set was created, and a “crash course on forced perspective.” Despite the miserable weather, Erika thought the day was “super wholesome.”
Erika & Chris Go on Rough Ride
Visiting New Zealand has seemingly turned Erika Owens into an “adrenaline junkie.” The 90 Day Fiance reality star went on a four-wheel-drive adventure with Chris. She and Chris got to drive an SUV into the native NZ forest. The drive looked very rough and bumpy. In a clip of Erika in the car, she is bouncing all over the place. She and her boyfriend even drove right through a huge puddle of water.
However, the good times didn’t stop there. Erika Owens from 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days then jumped into a “4×4 monster truck” and enjoyed a crazy ride back into the forest. Yet, this time, they had a driver taking them around. Erika found both activities a lot of fun, even though she was screaming through it all.
She said that the sound effects that came out of her were “proudly presented to you by” her lungs. Erika felt that it was “so scary” but also “so awesome.” According to Erika Owens, riding around in a monster truck is something she has never done before. She even highly recommends it to anyone who plans to visit the area.
However, since New Zealand is closed for most visitors, people planning to visit the country will have to wait a little longer to enjoy a ride in an NZ monster truck.
90 Day Fiance Celeb Gets Dirty With Boyfriend
Erika Owens did find time to relax on her rough and tumble getaway. She decided to take a little break with Chris Siclari away from all the “crazy adventures” they’ve been having on their first overseas trip in over a year. Erika and her guy visited a valley owned by the indigenous Polynesian people of NZ to get a little rest and relaxation.
The Maori valley’s famous for its mud. So, taking a mud bath was a must for them. After bathing in the mud, people can wash off in a cold plunge. But, the 90 Day Fiance TLC star didn’t. Erika Owens decided to take a warm shower before hopping into a steaming mineral pool.
This pool reportedly has healing and health-giving elements in it from the Tikitere Geothermal Reserve – also called “Hell’s Gate”. Erika said that the experience was “incredible”. She also thought it was a “beautiful end” to their day.
