Emily Bieberly met her now-husband, Kobe Blaise, while teaching English in China. He was in the country working as an underwear model.

The 90 Day Fiance couple hit it off right away and had a lot of fun during their few months together. However, one night they had too much fun and made a baby.

Emily returned to America pregnant, and Kobe went to Cameroon. Unfortunately, they couldn’t be together during the pregnancy due to the pandemic and other obstacles.

She even had to give birth without him in the country. They then became parents to a baby boy named Koban. However, Kobe couldn’t see his son for over a year.

Kobe Blaise was eventually reunited with Emily Bieberly in America on the fiancé visa. And during their three-month journey, they broke her parents’ number one rule — don’t get pregnant.

The 90 Day Fiance reality stars were about to become a family of four. Fans are speculating that baby #2 has already been born.

Emily Bieberly has been working on her fitness. She hits the gym early in the morning to get her workout in. However, she admits that it’s not always easy to find the motivation to go to the gym early.

So, she tries to give herself a pep talk in the car before going in. And it seems like she has seen a lot of progress.

Emily recently took a picture of herself wearing the same shirt at the same gym where she started her fitness journey five years ago. According to the 90 Day Fiance cast member, she has had the shirt since 2017 and can’t seem to get rid of it.

The photo left is from the beginning of her workout journey. And the one on the right is a current photo of Emily. After two pregnancies, she is back on the road to getting into shape again.

90 Day Fiance Celeb Shares Health Tips

Emily Bieberly shared a few tips on how to make healthy changes in your life. They aren’t challenging to do. But she feels that “little changes turn into big results.”

Emily’s first tip is to drink more water. The 90 Day Fiance star says to start by adding one to two extra glasses of water a day. She loves drinking “plain water.” But she knows that not everyone feels the same. So, she suggests “adding liquid IV.”

Emily’s second tip is to park in the farthest parking spot. She used to park in the very back to get more steps, and since then, it has become a habit for her.

The TLC celeb’s third tip also involves getting more steps into your daily routine. She suggests going outside and doing a five-minute walk. She says she knows that doesn’t sound like a lot. But five minutes will eventually turn into 30.
