Brandan De Nuccio and Mary’s first in-person meeting is going differently than he planned. Things got rocky during his flight to the Philippines when she became jealous because he was seated next to a female. Even though he managed to change seats to appease his angry girlfriend, the two continued arguing throughout the flight.
When he finally arrives, he is excited to see his 90 Day Fiance girlfriend without a phone between them for the first time. He is looking forward to a romantic night together. However, she shuts him down and tells him she is not ready to be intimate.
He is disappointed but respects her decision. The next day she is eager for him to meet her friends. But Brandan is reluctant and can’t help but feel jealous of their friendship.
Mary’s guy pals assure him they are all just friends. Then they do something that she was not expecting. They outed her to Brandan. They tell him how she unplugs her Wi-Fi and shuts off her phone so she can sneak out with them.

Mary can tell by the look on his face that her 90 Day Fiance partner is furious. He questions her about it, and she is initially unsure what to say. She knows this will be a massive issue between them. So, she needs to handle this situation delicately.

During her confessional, she tells The Other Way producers, “I don’t know what to say.” She continues to explain that she feels nervous about his reaction to her lies. She says her friends want the best for her, but they think she needs to be completely honest.
Brandan De Nuccio demands an explanation from Mary Rosa. His mind is racing. He wonders how many times his 90 Day Fiance girlfriend snuck around behind his back and lied to him about it.
