1000-lb Sisters has Tammy Slaton sworn to secrecy when it comes to her love life. This is because of the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) she has with TLC. But, just because fans aren’t hearing about it doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
TLC fans remember when Tammy introduced the world to her boyfriend (at the time) Jerry Sykes. In Season 2, people really got to see their relationship bloom, but many, including her family, had issues with them meeting on a site for bigger women.
Though when the season ended, Tammy explained that she and he boyfriend went on a break that quickly turned into a split.

Phillip, makes a lot of videos of himself spending money on big women, including Tammy. Once the couple met in person, some thought that she was hinting at an engagement due to a ring emoji. But nothing ever came of these fan rumors, until Season 3.

Chris is sad to see the videos online of Phillip saying that he will dump a girl if she gets under 300 pounds. He thinks he clearly doesn’t support Tammy Slaton’s weight loss.
