‘Young and the Restless’: Will Jeremy Kill Phyllis Over Betrayal – Hot Felon Fears Prison!
Will Jeremy Stark kill Phyllis Summers on The Young and the Restless when she puts his future at risk with a huge betrayal? Last we saw them, they were co-conspirators planning to slide out of Genoa City to start new lives after her “death”. But she betrays him and turns their scheme on its end — will Stark let this go on Y&R? Seems unlikely.
Young and Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Summers Betrays Jeremy Stark & Sticks Around
The last time we saw Phyllis Summers with Jeremy Stark, they were in the no-tell-motel where she’s been hiding out since they faked her death. The only one who knew they were there was the Shady EMT who helped set fire to the ambulance to sell their scheme.
And then it came out that Phyllis changed her will so that in the event of her “death”, Jeremy would get half of her estate. That’s enough for him to go start a new life somewhere else. And the plan was for her to also leave Genoa City and start a new life somewhere else.
Shockingly, Phyllis Summers is prepared to walk away from her children period and it’s all in the name of revenge against Diane Jenkins. Many Young and the Restless fans can’t believe what she’s doing to her kids in the name of payback.
But when Phyllis and Jeremy parted ways with the plan for them to both leave town, she betrayed him by sticking around. And in the latest Y&R promo video, we see him coming back to the motel room and calling her name. It seems he knows she went back on her word.
“Dead Woman” Sneaks into Her Own Memorial Service on Y&R
So, if you’re wondering where Phyllis has gone — she’s decided to attend her own memorial. We leaked weeks ago that there would be a funeral for Phyllis Summers. That’s because Michelle Stafford filmed a cameo video in her dressing room and accidentally showed it.
She panned her phone camera around to show off Michael LeBlanc sitting near her and in the background, you could see a monitor where they were shooting scenes of Phyllis’s memorial. Then, in the recent Soap Opera Digest, there was a photo of her in disguise.

So it seems like a case of morbid curiosity and also guilt about her kids that drives Phyllis to show up at her service on Young and the Restless. Be another crasher? Surely Jeremy Stark should be there since it’s his new wife who “died” recently.
But you can bet that her kids don’t want him there. Some new Y&R weekly spoilers have Summer Newman determined to find her mom’s killer. And she’s sure it’s Diane. But her husband Kyle Abbott and her brother Daniel Romalotti have their eyes on Jeremy as the culprit.
Look for scenes with CBS soap actors Michael Graziadei, Allison Lanier, James Hyde, and many others. We should see all of Genoa City come together for her Memorial at the new Jazz Room at the GCAC.

Will Jeremy Kill Phyllis to Avoid Prison on Young and the Restless?
It seems like this plan that Phyllis cooked up with Jeremy is about to go sideways. For starters, by naming her new husband in her will and then “dying”, he’s the most obvious suspect on Young and the Restless.
Plus, if Phyllis is busted and the scheme is exposed, he could go back to prison. As a felon on parole, no doubt Jeremy would be punished for engaging in fraud, obstruction of justice, and destruction of property for the ambulance.
That could mean years behind bars. As a matter of fact, it’s best for Stark if she really were dead. With Phyllis going against their plan and running around GC, that could mean big trouble for him.
If he catches her at it, will Jeremy choke the life out of her to protect his future? It’s not like he loves her or anything. And if she’s really dead, he’ll still get half her money.
So, we have to wonder to what links will Jeremy Stark go to avoid going back to prison? It doesn’t seem likely that he’ll let Phyllis Summers get away with betraying him. He’s not a man who easily forgives. Is there a chance that we could see Red really dead on Y&R?
