Elena encourages her man to trust his instincts. However, Nate is determined to find the truth. So he decides to investigate. As more information comes to light, Nate has to decide on his career and friendship with Ashland.
Elena supports Nate as he struggles with what he learns. And soon, the doctor faces threats from Ash when confronted with his medical lies.

Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) planned a romantic afternoon with his wife. However, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) decides to help Christian Newman (Alex Wilson) with a school project. She once again puts the Newmans’ needs above her husband’s.
However, Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) shows up at the coffee house. She and Rey end up spending time together. They have a lovely time. Chelsea has thought of Rey often every since she dreamt of their shared kiss.
