Y&R spoilers say Phyllis Summers didn’t take it well that Adam Newman ran out of GC. It didn’t even soften the blow that he handed her the keys to his penthouse. It seemed for a while now like Phyllis was nursing a crush on the prodigal Newman.
After all, Adam funded her new lease on life. Even though they snaked each other at Dark Horse, they came out of it with grudging mutual respect. However, Phyllis Summers didn’t suggest anything romantic. Perhaps because Adam pursued other women.
Phyllis watched as Adam Newman tried to reconnect with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan). Then, he tried with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). All while keeping Phyllis Summers in the friend zone, remind Young and the Restless spoilers.
