Young and the Restless News: Devon Hamilton’s Connection Bothers Chance Chancellor
Chance Chancellor begins to settle in at home. Now that his colleagues have completed his mission, he can freely move around town without fear. However, Y&R updates show that Chance is having difficulty feeling at ease and Devon Hamilton could make things worse intentionally.
Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) does her best to help her husband adjust. But at times, she is oblivious to her husband’s struggles. Recently the couple had lunch with Devon and his girlfriend Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). When they began talking about the baby, Chance was obviously uncomfortable on Young and the Restless.

Devon offered several techniques he uses with Dominic to help him settle down. Chance realizes that Devon knows his son better than he does. His guilt for missing so much of Dominic’s life grows on Y&R. Chance appreciates everything the music mogul has done for his family.
However, it adds to his feelings of inadequacy as a husband and father on Young and the Restless. The big question is – how does Chance Chancellor handle these feelings? Does he continue to embrace the businessman’s place in his son’s life? Or does he ask Devon Hamilton to back off from the boy?
Devon Wants More Time with Baby on Y&R
Devon is a steady presence in Dominic’s life. He first supported Abby through her trauma; then, he took care of the boy in his home while she went to Spain in search of the missing agent. The sperm donor feels a strong bond with the baby.
He misses Dominic so much that Amanda suggests he ask to spend some alone time with the child. However, Devon Hamilton isn’t sure if it is the best move on Young and the Restless. He wants to give the family time to connect without his interference.

Chance Chancellor is grateful to his friend. But also intimated by the business tycoon. He appreciates his support with Dominic but also wants to take over as the baby’s father. Y&R spoilers hint that the Daddy could decide Devon needs to move on from the child.
Although such a move would be shocking, it needs to be done. Both Devon Hamilton and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) have an unhealthy connection to the boy. They agreed to aid in his inception and birth but now need to step away on Young and the Restless.
However, Abby could have a negative response to her husband’s actions. So, keep watching Young and the Restless to see if Chance Chancellor takes a stand and pushes back at Devon’s involvement with his son. Lots of drama will play out if the men decide to battle it out over access to Dominic.
