Victoria Newman wants her kids to attend boarding school. She worries Billy Abbott is heading for a major breakdown. So, Vikki thinks it will hurt their children if they witness his self-destructive ways on Young and the Restless. But, he is unhappy with her intentions.
She has made this decision on her own without consulting Billy. So, even if he thinks it is a good idea, he will be upset by Victoria’s unilateral decision. Even if she consulted with her children’s father, he wouldn’t agree with her choices on Young and the Restless.

All of Victoria’s concern for her children seems odd since they haven’t appeared on screen in months. Victoria immediately sent them to live with Billy Abbott when Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) moved into her home. The kids didn’t even make an appearance at their mom’s wedding.
However, Victoria insists Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) and Johnny Abbott (Holden and Ryan Hare) leave town as soon as possible. Unfortunately for the businessman, Young and the Restless news hint his actions and choices will be used against him.
Billy’s Revenge Plan Backfires on Y&R
Billy Abbott remains obsessed with hurting Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman.) He developed an elaborate scheme to pull one over on the Newman pair. Part of the plan includes convincing everyone that he has hit rock bottom.
Young and the Restless news show he spends a good part of his time drinking at public establishments. He tells anyone who will listen that he has lost it all. Billy appears tipsy and out of control in these encounters. But the schemer is faking his demeanor.
