Whitney Thore is no stranger to spending time in a gym. The My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast member has been on a fitness journey.
However, she doesn’t focus on dropping weight. Her goal is to become a stronger and healthier version of herself. Yet, a few years ago, she did lose 70lbs and has been able to keep it off ever since.

Whitney is also the founder of No BS Active. She and her business partner, Jessica Powell, have created an app that gives people easy-to-do workouts that they can do in the comfort of their own homes.
The fitness company has been going well for the two. And it looks like their business relationship is also still going strong.
Whitney Thore was recently in the gym with Jessica. The My Big Fat Fabulous Life reality star showed off her workout skills in a clip.
However, it wasn’t easy for her to use the machine. Her chest made it hard for her to do a proper workout with it. She felt that her body wasn’t made for it. But, she knows that she has to “work with what you’ve got.”
Whitney Becomes a Bench for a Man – Who Is He?
Whitney Thore wasn’t just working out with Jessica Powell. The TLC castmate was also with another person who was seen on top of her.
She took a picture of this man using her leg as a bench. But, who is this man that she let sit on her leg? It was a familiar face — Jessica’s father, William Powell.
Whitney knows William Powell very well. He used to be the My Big Fat Fabulous Life castmate’s trainer. But, they had a fallout, and he refused to train her.
However, his daughter, Jessica Powell, stepped in and helped her on her health journey. And, now, William is using the TLC celeb as chair.
William Powell may not be her trainer. But, he has always supported Whitney and her goals. When she wanted to become a trainer, he told her to get certified.
And he said then he will think about giving her a job at his gym. However, it was a challenge for the TLC star to follow through with getting her certification.

Whitney Thore has welcomed viewers into her life for 9 seasons. People witnessed her ups and downs during her fitness journey. They even saw her go through a few heartbreaks. It hasn’t always been easy for her. But, she has experienced many great moments.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star previously hinted that Season 10 is in the works. Whitney told fans that she wasn’t done with reality television. But, there is no word on when the new season will air.
