When the toxicology reports came in on September 3, they revealed at the time of her accident, Kim was a .161 and .162 BAC [blood alcohol content.] On October 20, a warrant was issued for Kim Plath’s arrest on DUI charges the same day as her arrest.

What Is Going on With the TLC Star?
It has not been a great year for the Welcome to Plathville star. However, there are some details that TLC fans find questionable. Also, she is no longer living at her dance studio loft apartment. Instead, the reality television mom has it listed to rent out on Airbnb. So, this leads fans to question where she is living these days and how she pays her bills.
Some Welcome to Plathville followers speculate there is a good chance that, at the moment, she could be in rehab. Even if she feels her issues with alcohol are not severe, a rehab stay following her accident and arrest may go a long way in court when she faces the judge.
Are Kim & Barry Back Together?
Some feel the Plath family may have reunited, and here is why. They believe that when Kim found herself in legal trouble, the first person she may have called for help could have been Barry.
Another reason some feel as if they are back together is their daughter Moriah Plath’s Instagram post. After months of silence, Moriah returns sharing that she is happier than ever.
So, what could be making Moriah happy? Well, mostly anything, but if her dad and mom were to have gotten back together, she would be pleased about it.
Last but not least, during Season 4 of Welcome to Plathville, fans admitted they were suspicious of the couple’s split. They felt it might have been staged. There are also rumors that Season 5, which has NOT been confirmed officially, has begun filming.
What better Season 5 Welcome to Plathville storylines than her alcohol and legal troubles leading to her reuniting with Barry and her family? What are your thoughts? Once again, this is mostly fan speculation for now.
