Welcome to Plathville star Micah Plath has fans noticing that the TLC reality star is starting to drink quite often. They are aware that he recently turned of legal age.
They mostly believe he is likely doing what many young adults his age are doing. However, they can’t help but notice a lot more emphasis on alcohol this season. Is he on dangerous ground?
Welcome to Plathville: Micah Plath Sowing His Wild Oats?
When reality viewers first met the Plath family in Season 1, they were much different than the Season 4 family fans know today. Welcome to Plathville‘s Micah was a shy farm boy who believed he would never leave his country lifestyle.
Fast forward to today, and fans describe a fast-living wild party boy. He now loves the wild lifestyle he lives, jetting back and forth between his home in Los Angeles, California, and his brother Ethan Plath’s home in Tampa, Florida.
In LA, he works as a model, makes new friends, and spends his free time in clubs and hooking up with numerous women. However, the Plathville star’s most significant changes were noticeable when he returned to Tampa to celebrate his 21st birthday with his siblings.

Micah was ready to cut loose in Tampa. He was celebrating his birthday and was up for any and everything. During the party, a lot of alcohol was consumed by most.
Shots were knocked back, and drinking games were underway. Later in the evening, he pulls his brother Ethan aside and convinces him to go with him to an adult entertainment venue.
Welcome to Plathville viewers know this was not Ethan’s scene. However, noticeably intoxicated little brother was raring to go.
Fans noticed how the younger brother took charge and even made fun of his much older brother’s lack of knowledge and experience in adult entertainment.
Things took a strange turn, and Ethan decided to leave. However, he left behind his intoxicated brother and wife, Olivia, to continue partying.
Welcome to Plathville: Is Alcohol Use Out of Control?
Plath’s followers noticed the considerable change in Micah during his birthday celebration. They also took notice of the party activities.
Everyone appeared to be indulging. Except for sibling Moriah Plath. Moriah pointed out during her confessional that she was only taking juice shots because she is underage.
One underage sibling who did not partake in the juice shots was Olivia Plath’s 19-year-old brother Nathan Meggs. Nathan was arrested for DUI in the wee hours after the party.
Not a lot of information is available about the arrest. However, details uncovered reveal Ethan bailing his brother-in-law out of jail and the legal issues Meggs is facing.
TLC Star Continues to Indulge
Later episodes also reveal he meets with his mom Kim Plath to discuss her impending divorce from his father, Barry Plath. He made a point to say he was happy to be sharing a drink with his mom.
The Plathville star adds it is something he never thought they would be doing together. He even convinces Kim to take a sip of a shot he orders, which he finishes for her.

During Tuesday’s episode, Micah is missing from a Plath family gathering. Later, he works as a bartender during a friend’s art shows. Once his friends Hayden and Kapeesh arrive, he continues pouring drinks and indulging in shots with his friends.
